We Tested Gamdom With Real Crypto — Here’s What We Found
Although it was launched in 2016, crypto casino and sportsbook Gamdom got off to a relatively low-key start. Despite this, the site has now established itself as one of the most prominent players in the crypto gambling scene.
In this original CoinBets.com review, I’ll be putting the Gamdom casino through its paces (using real funds), checking out the games, bonuses, banking options, and overall user experience. I’ll also try to cut through the noise and establish what other players really think about this crypto casino.
License and Security
But first, let’s see if Gamdom is a safe place to be.
Gamdom is operated by Smein Hosting N.V., a company incorporated in the Dutch Caribbean territory of Curaçao. It is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB), holding license number OGL/2024/424/1065 – there’s a link to the certificate in the footer at Gamdom
The site connection is secure and the security certificate is valid
Welcome Bonus
One of the things that makes Gamdom stand out from other big crypto casinos like Stake and BC.Game is a complete lack of any welcome bonus offer. But this isn’t Gamdom being stingy, its just that the casino has decided to focus on its loyalty scheme – the Royalty Club – instead. We’ll cover that later in this Gamdom casino review.
No welcome bonus

Registering a New Account
Getting your new account up and running at Gamdom is extremely fast and easy. There are several options:
- Click ‘Create Account’, choose a username and set a strong password, agree with the Terms of Service, set your marketing preference, and click ‘Start Playing’
- Log in using your Google account
- Log in using Telegram
- Log in using Steam
Payments
You can deposit at Gamdom using several popular cryptocurrencies and a range of fiat options, while withdrawals are limited to cryptos. Note that the specific fiat options available may vary depending on your location.

Crypto Deposits & Withdrawals:

Making crypto deposits at Gamdom is extremely easy. Simply select your crypto and you’ll be provided with your personal deposit address. You can either copy this or scan the QR code. To withdraw, just select the desired crypto, enter your crypto wallet address (make sure it’s for the same type of crypto!), and enter how much you’d like to withdraw.

CoinBets.com Tip: Always double-check crypto wallet addresses after pasting them – you don’t want to fall victim to ‘PasteJacking’. This is when hackers exploit the copy-paste function to change wallet addresses to steal funds.
In addition to your normal account, all Gamdom users are provided with a secure digital wallet called the Vault. There’s no limit to how long you can store funds in the Vault, and its free to move assets between your Gamdom player account and Vault account.
Another convenient feature at Gamdom is the integrated cryptocurrency exchange. This lets you purchase cryptocurrencies directly on-site using fiat methods including Visa, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, and Jeton.

Game Selection
Gamdom offers over 4,600 games from dozens of popular developers – and more are being added daily, so by the time you read this there’s likely to be way more.
In common with virtually all online casinos, the Gamdom portfolio is dominated by slot games. Some of the most popular titles at the time of writing included Le Pharaoh from Hacksaw Gaming, Outsourced from NoLimit City, Angel vs Sinner from Pragmatic Play, and Eldritch Dungeon from Relax Gaming. Of course, you’ll also find classic hits like Jammin Jars from Push Gaming, Reactoonz from Play’n GO, and Starburst from NetEnt. Megaways fans can choose from slots including The Dog House, Madame Destiny, and Buffalo King, and there’s a decent range of jackpot titles.

Finding slots at Gamdom is pretty easy on the whole. There’s a standard search function, and several categories like Hot Games, New Games, and Top Games. You can also filter results by provider – something you can’t do at a surprising number of online casinos. A particularly nice feature is the “Pick Random” option – it’s a great way to discover new games, and really helps with that scourge of 21st century life, choice overload (yes, Amazon and Netflix – I’m looking at you).
An interesting feature – unique to Gamdom as far as I’ve seen – is the ability to set up slot battles with up to four other players. You get to choose the slot, the amount of spins, and spin value. On joining the battle, you’ll be charged the amount shown, and after the battle you get full statistics. And, yes, the winner takes all winnings – their own and their opponents.
Xibalba (Peter & Sons)
This is what I mean about the “Pick Random” option for slots. I doubt I’d have ever gone for this slot if I was browsing – I mean, I’ve heard of Peter & Sons, but it’s not a provided that I gravitate to. But, I was pleasantly surprised. Sure, it’s got the Mesoamerican theme that’s been done to death, but the graphics were kind of different, and the growing wilds and cascading symbols made it quite exciting. Despite only placing modest bets, I also managed to hit a fair number of wins.
Folsom Prison (NoLimit City)
The next slot that I landed on using Gamdom’s “Pick Random” feature was Folsom Prison from one of my favorite provides, NoLimit City. Now, I must admit, I’ve played this game before, so I knew what I was in for. And, yes, playing it kind of does feel like serving time. Mind you, the volatility of this slot is, as the provider itself says, “insane.” So, although you can win up to 75,000 x your bet, the hit frequency is low, so it can get pretty dull if playing with low wagers.
With over 500 games available, Gamdom’s live casino is certainly impressive. Unsurprisingly, the choice is dominated by games from market leading providers Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. However, you’ll also find live dealer games from other providers like Live88 and Amusnet in the mix too, which adds some nice variety.
At the time of writing this Gamdom casino review, Evolution’s interactive game show Crazy Time was by far the most popular live game. In fact, the provider dominated the rankings, with the next most popular live games being Monopoly Live, Blackjack, Lightning Roulette, Mega Ball, and Deal or No Deal. Only after that did Pragmatic Play Live enter the fray with it’s hit game show Sweet Bonanza CandyLand.

Game shows are extremely popular in the crypto casino space right now, and its easyto see why. While employing any kind of strategy in traditional table games like blackjack, roulette and poker requires quite a long time, you can just jump in and out of game shows for casual fun.
And, one of the most popular game shows right now is Monopoly from Evolution. Fundamentally, it’s another “Wheel of Fortune” style game, like Crazy Time and Funky Time, but the bonus games include Mr Monopoly running around the familiar boardgame and dishing out win multipliers. It might not be the most sophisticated casino game, but I enjoyed it, and Gamdom has plenty of similar games to try too.
If you’re not in the mood for dealing with humans (I have many days like that), Gamdom has more than 50 RNG (Random Number Generator) based table games. This includes several first person games from Evolution, including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and video poker.

Although there’s no dedicated bingo category at Gamdom, if you use the search function you can find quite a few games. These include Viking Runecraft Bingo from Play’n GO, and quite a number of titles from Caleta Gaming, including Mega Bingo, Bingo Pescaria, and Atlantis Bingo.
Like all the best crypto casinos, Gamdom offers a small selection of provably fair games. These Gamdom Originals include Crash, Roulette, Dice, and HiLo. However, while it’s always good to see provably fair games, there’s nothing that really stands out in terms of originality.
Crash
First, I gave Gamdom’s Crash game a try. It’s a straight-up provably fair crash game, with a simple arrow that moves on an upwards trajectory along a chart. As it climbs higher, the multiplier increases. You simply place a bet and aim to hold your nerve for as long as possible, but cash out before the arrow crashes.
It’s fun enough and works well. But, I can’t help but prefer other crash games like Aviator from Spribe and Zeppelin from Betsolutions. Although the gameplay is essentially the same, the better graphics just make them a little more engaging.
Dice
Again, this is another extremely simple provably fair game from Gamdom. You just place your bet on the roll of a ‘dice’ – which is actually a random number generator ranging from 0-100. You can place your wager on a roll over or roll under, and set the multiplier how you like. If you win, your wager is multiplied by the outcome of the game. To help, you’re provided with you win chance and the profit you’ll make on a win. Like I said, its a super simple game.
While this Gamdom review is focused on the casino product, it should be noted that the site also offers extensive sports betting. There’s pre-match and live betting, and all the mainstream sports like football, basketball, ice hockey, tennis, American football, MMA, rugby, golf, and horse racing are available.
Gamdom also offers esports betting on a wide range of disciplines. These include Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends, Rocket League, Valorant, Rainbow Six, HALO, along with eFootball, eBasketball, eHockey, and eCricket.
Note that at Gamdom, the realistic esports (eFootball, eBasketball, etc.) are also listed under the Virtual Sports category. This could cause some confusion as the term ‘Virtual Sports’ is usually used for RNG-based virtual sports simulators, like those offered by Kiron Interactive and Leap Gaming, rather than esports.

With there being no Gamdon casino welcome bonus available, I was expecting there to be at least a few regular promos for existing players. But, nope, there are no deposit bonuses or free spins deals to be found here. Instead there’s a tournament, of sorts.
It’s called ‘King of the Hill’ and seems to have a $10K daily and $1m monthly prize pool – or at least that’s what it looks like. Rankings are determined solely by how much you wager (on any game, or sports and esports betting). To be honest, the information about this tournament is frustratingly limited.

Gamdom runs a VIP club / loyalty program called the Royalty Club. And, considering there’s no welcome bonus and virtually no other promotions, I was expecting it to knock my socks off. But, after looking through the info, I really don’t know what to think, beyond the fact that its far more complicated than it needs to be. For example, there are 50 Regular tiers, followed by 6 Royalty tiers, and a final VIP tier.
Here’s what you can expect to be reward with at various tiers:

Regular Levels 1-10
- Instant Rakeback of 6%
- Daily Surprise’ of up to 35%
- Weekly Rakeback of 2%
- Monthly Rakeback of 1%

Regular Levels 41-50

- ‘Daily Surprise’ of up to 35%
- Weekly Rakeback of 3%
- Monthly Rakeback of 1%.

- ‘Daily Surprise’ of up to 35%
- Weekly Rakeback of 4%
- Monthly Rakeback of 2%.

Royalty Club Lord
- Instant Rakeback of 15%
- Daily Surprise’ of up to 35%
- Weekly Rakeback of 5%
- Monthly Rakeback of 5%.

You can reach the Gamdom customer service team via live chat or email (support [at] gamdom [dot] com). At the time of writing, the average email response time was 2 hours. There’s also an extensive searchable library of guides and how-to articles covering the most common queries relating to deposits and withdrawals, account management, games, and more.
Additionally, you can connect with and reach out to the Gamdom team via social media platforms including X (I’m still calling it Twitter in my head), Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Aesthetically, there’s very little to distinguish Gamdom from other mainstream crypto casinos like BC.Game and Stake.com. Don’t get me wrong, the site is well-designed and looks slick, but oh how I wish a casino operator would have the guts to get a bit creative.
However, signing up, banking and navigation are very intuitive and easy. Plus, the site is very accessible, being available in several languages besides English, including:
Languages
On the downside, I can’t help but shake the feeling that Gamdom doesn’t like to make terms and conditions either clear or easy to find. In fairness, this is getting to be par for the course with crypto casinos, and its certainly not the worst I’ve seen. But, I would like to see improvement in this area (and so would many other players judging by other reviews and ratings – we’ll get to that in a moment).
Mobile Apps
Unfortunately, as things stand, no Gamdom mobile app exists either for Android or iOS. Still, the web platform has been optimized for popular mobile browsers, so you can still enjoy the full experience on your smartphone.
The world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt, is a brand ambassador for Gamdom. With eight Olympic gold medals and a world record for the 100m sprint to his name, Bolt is widely considered to be one of the greatest sprinters in history. Gamdom also sponsors Brazil-based Imperial Esports and has supported several major tournaments over the past few years.

Before I share my personal conclusion, let’s take a minute to look at what other people are saying about Gamdom. Now, before getting into the nitty gritty, it’s important to keep in mind that online casino review and rating sites suffer from several problems.
- Some affiliates will say anything to get you to sign up and play at a casino because they earn money from it and don’t actually care about players at all.
- People who have engaged in irresponsible gambling and lost more money than they can afford, often get very bitter and vindictive. They will often make unreasonable accusations and spread lies to get ‘revenge’ on a casino.
- It’s not uncommon for unscrupulous casino operators to deliberately try and damage the reputation of their competitors via bad reviews and ratings.
- Some people just love to complain.
To try and account for these issues, the boffins here at CoinBets.com, have collected, collated, and analyzed data from thousands of reviews and ratings across the internet.
Subject | Details | No. of Mentions |
---|---|---|
Scam Accusations | A significant number of players have complained about what they perceive as ‘scam-like’ behaviour by Gamdom, probably resulting from unclear or hard to find terms and rules. | 105 |
Customer Support Issues | Many negative reviews of Gamdom mention slow or unhelpful customer support. This is likely due to the fact that the casino is undergoing a period of rapid growth and is not scaling its support team quickly enough. | 84 |
Deposit Problems | Some Gamdom customers have reported delays, missing deposits, and other payment issues. These are more likely the fault of third-party payment and verification services than Gamdom itself, but they can still be frustrating, and mean you should always be aware of what should be in your account. | 77 |
Bonus or Promo Issues | Some Gamdom players feel misled by promotional offers, citing unclear terms or overly restrictive conditions. This is a common problem at most online casinos – and is why you should always read the full T&Cs. If you can’t find the answer, fire off an email or ask via live chat. | 54 |
Unfair Games | A few players have complained about what they perceive as unfair games – normally when they’ve wagered a lot of money without winning anything. However, this is most likely because they have been playing highly volatile games and don’t understand important concepts like house edge and RTP (we’ve created a CoinBets guide to RTP to help on this point). | 44 |
Withdrawal Problems | Some Gamdom customers have reported issues when withdrawing funds. However, given the relatively small number, these are most likely due to issues with individual accounts – like suspensions, blocks, or verification and AML (anti-money laundering) check delays. | 20 |
Verification Problems and Lag Issues | A handful of users reported frustration with Gamdom’s verification process and lags disrupting gameplay. However, there are relatively few mentions, and the site has a lot of customers, so this is quite normal. | 12 |
Blocked Accounts | A few people have complained their accounts have been blocked or suspended for no apparent reason. In reality, this is most likely due to automatically triggered anti-fraud systems, though it could also be due to violation of the terms of service. | 11 |
General Usability Issues | System errors, glitches, and other technical issues plague all websites from time-to-time, so it’s no surprise a few complaints mention these. | 8 |
Subject | Details | No. of Mentions |
---|---|---|
Overall Satisfaction | A large number of Gamdom users used terms like “Good” to describe their experience with the platform. This strongly suggests that, for most players at least, the casino is a great choice. | 616 |
Winning and Payouts | A significant percentage of reviews referenced winning and receiving payouts. This indicates that players genuinely do win and Gamdom really does payout. | 128 |
Usability | Many players comment on how easy Gamdom is to use. This reflects well on the design of the site and overall user experience. | 70 |
Fairness and Trust | Some reviews specifically comment on how they feel the games at Gamdom are delivering fair results or they can trust the platform. This is good to see, and reinforces the assertion that the platform is using genuine games and RNGs. | 56 |
Player Support | Despite some complaints about poor customer service, a sizable number of reviews reference good support. Again, this suggests that the casino may have a very good service staff, but performance can be inconsistent as the casino grows quickly. | 52 |
Platform Performance | Quite a number of reviews reference the speed of the Gamdom platform, in terms of deposits, withdrawals, and game performance. | 43 |
Security and Reliability | Relatively few users mention bonuses in a positive manner when reviewing Gamdom. Of course, this could well be because the site offers no welcome bonus and very few promos. | 31 |

Gamdom
While Gamdom isn’t without its flaws, it offers enough features and depth to warrant a closer look, especially if you’re a frequent player interested in long-term rewards.

Verdict
Although Gamdom looks virtually identical to plenty of other crypto casinos, and offers a very similar product in terms of games, it does stand out in one significant way. That is in the way that it focuses on rewarding players through its loyalty program rather than traditional bonuses. Indeed, I can imagine the lack of a headline grabbing welcome bonus will put many players off. But, in reality, if you’re going to play frequently, then the consistent rewards offered by a loyalty program will very likely offer better value over the long run.
The choice of providers and games is impressive – particularly in the live casino. And, there are some novel features like the ability to choose a random game and set up slot battles. The provably fair games are cool, but not exactly the most exciting ever, and it would be nice to see a bigger choice. But, overall, I enjoyed playing at Gamdom, and I’m sure you will too.
Finally, in terms of reputation and transparency, Gamdom is a typical Curaçao-licensed casino. I don’t think they are deliberately trying to confuse or mislead players, but they are also out to make money. Simply put, casinos like this aren’t going to operate to the same standards as sites licensed by regulators like the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) or Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). Gamdom and similar sites are safe, but you do need to pay extra attention to things like terms and conditions – don’t expect them to highlight all the important bits for you.
While Gamdom isn’t without its flaws, it offers enough features and depth to warrant a closer look — especially if you’re a frequent player interested in long-term rewards.
