Ybets Crypto Casino Review + Welcome Bonus 2025
Ybets
$520 We Bet Real Money
12 Hours Real Testing

A few fun features, but is Ybets Crypto Casino worth the risk?

Originally launched in 2023 as Ybets dot io, today this crypto casino is found at Ybets dot net. It offers close to 7,000 casino games, including slots, crash, table, and live dealer titles, plus sports and esports betting. According to Ahrefs data, Ybets casino is particularly popular with players from Brazil and the United States – but is it worth your time and crypto?

In this original CoinBets review of Ybets crypto casino, I’ll be signing up, wagering real crypto, and finding out. I’ll be paying close attention to the welcome bonus, crypto payments, game portfolio, promos, loyalty rewards, and much more.

So, why should anyone play at Ybets? Let’s find out.

License and Security

Okay, so who’s behind Ybets?

image description

Ybets is operated by Sigg Marketing Limited, which is registered in the Seychelles (or “Seyshelles” as it is misspelled on the certificate). It is licensed by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan (license number ALSI-202411003-FII).

The site connection is secure and the security certificate is valid

Welcome Bonus

At the time of writing this Ybets review, the platform was offering a welcome bonus worth “500% plus 500 FS”. But, as usual, let’s break that down and check for nasty surprises.

500% and 400 Free Spins across your first 4 deposits

  • 1st Deposit: 200% + 100 FS
  • 2nd Deposit: 100% + 100 FS
  • 3rd Deposit: 75% + 100 FS
  • 4th Deposit: 125% + 100 FS
  • Maximum bonus amount is $2,000
  • Minimum deposit to qualify is $15
  • Maximum cashout is 10x bonus
  • 30x wagering requirement – but it is based on deposit + bonus
  • Free spins are available on Gates of Olympus from Pragmatic Play only
  • Bonus funds are awarded as YBS – the in-house currency, which is pegged to the US dollar on a 1-to-1 basis

Okay, so that’s a fairly typical crypto casino welcome bonus – with the exception of the wagering being based on deposit + bonus, which is horrible. Also, important information like time limits and game weighting is nowhere to be found.

Not a good start.

Opening a New Account

Signing up to Ybets is quick and easy – but the only option is email. There’s no third-party sign-in via Google, Steam, or Discord. And, you won’t be surprised to learn, no option to connect a Web3 wallet.

  • Enter your email address, choose a strong password, confirm you’re 18+ and agree to the Terms and Conditions, and set your marketing preference. Tap the red “Join” tab.

Note: While there’s no KYC at sign-up, you will likely be asked to verify your identity and address before withdrawing. Hence, you shouldn’t join Ybets if you’re from a prohibited jurisdiction – which, due to the casino’s Anjouan license, includes Australia, the UK, the US, and many more countries.

Payments

Ybets

casino supports a modest range of popular crypto and fiat currencies.

To make a crypto deposit, open your wallet (the red tab in the top right corner). Select “Crypto”, choose your desired cryptocurrency from the drop-down list, and the network if applicable. You will be provided with a unique crypto deposit address in both text and QR code formats.

To withdraw crypto, go to your wallet and select “Withdrawals.” Choose the crypto you want to cashout, and enter the amount. Paste in your destination wallet address, check the details and fees, and if all is good, confirm the transaction.

CoinBets.com Tip: Always double-check crypto wallet addresses after pasting them – you don’t want to fall victim to ‘PasteJacking’. This is when hackers exploit the copy-paste function to change wallet addresses to steal funds.

Ybets also supports fiat options, including Visa/Mastercard, Revolut, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Mifinity Ewallet, Jetonbank, and MoonPay.

Game Selection

According to Ybets, it currently offers over 6,000 games from 80 providers (it makes a big point of this). Compared to many crypto casinos, the lobby here is well organized, with games sorted into categories like Legendary Hits, Popular, Latest Releases, Instant Win, Bonus Buy Games, High RTP, High Volatility, Jackpot Games, etc.

Interestingly, Ybets tells you how many people are supposedly playing each game at any given time. However, I suspect this is just a marketing gimmick to make the casino look popular, and there’s no way of verifying it.

Slots

Of course, the vast majority of games at ybets casino are slots – 6,677 to be precise. At the time of writing this Ybets casino review, the most popular slots included Flight Mode from NoLimit City, Gates of Olympus Super Scatter from Pragmatic Play, Mejuicea from Thunderkick, and Sticky Bandits Thunder Rail from Quickspin.
Megaways fans will be happy at Ybets casino, with a big choice of titles ranging from Gonzo’s Quest Megaways from Red Tiger to Madame Destiny Megaways from Pragmatic Play. Likewise, those looking for big jackpot wins can pick from a good selection of slots, from Wild White Rhino by Octoplay to Divine Fortune Black from NetEnt.

CoinBets Experience

Nightmaker (ELK Studios)

I’ve always been fascinated by the macabre biomechanical art of H.R. Giger, so Nightmaker from ELK Studios was a must-play. Set in a very Gigeresque dungeonish type place straight out of the netherworld, this 5×5 slot packs giant symbols, multipliers, symbol splits, and of course, a free spins bonus round complete with persistent multipliers.

The theoretical RTP of Nightmaker is a rather low 94% – but then it is possible to win up to 50,000x your bet, so it may be worth braving the darkness. Initially, there are 1,125 ways to win, but this can expand up to 25,000 ways. But, be warned, you should expect a long grind before any big wins. A long, dark, nightmare-inducing grind, complete with suitably creepy sounds.

As for my experience? Well, after betting 50 USDT, I’d only won back 40.10, giving a real RTP of just 80.2%. Even so, I’d definitely place this atmospheric game again.

Cash in Transit (Relax Gaming)

I must admit, this one slipped past me when it was released a few months ago, so I’m glad I found it at Ybets – it was in their “Legendary Slots” section. So, how to describe Cash in Transit from Relax? Well, think Guy Ritchie movies and you’re halfway there. Basically, there’s a whole lot of dosh in the back of an armored van (a 1970s Ford Transit, if the tail lights don’t deceive – a word play in the title if ever there was one). And, as an East End mobster, you’ve got to “blow the bloody doors off” – oh god, sorry, I need to stop watching British movies.

Anyways, yep, the reels are hidden on the back doors of the van, and when you spin, there’s a chance that sticks of dynamite will, well, stick. Sometimes nothing happens, sometimes one or two stick, but if three or more stick, it’s bang time! And once those doors open, it’s down to business with the real reels (what is happening to me!).

Theoretically, you can win up to 10,000x your bet, and the official RTP is a rather average 96%. But who cares about all that – this game is all about the Bag Man, Lock Smith, Gov’Nor, Pawn Broker, Detective, and Constable, complete with animations and fun voiceovers. Kaboom! Just play it and you’ll see what I mean.

So, am I going to be invited to join the crew? Well, that’s a negative. After betting 50 USDT, I’d only manage to win back 23.60… equating to a measly real RTP of just 47.2%. Ah, bloody hell, who cares, it was fun!

Crash & Instant Wins

Thankfully, Ybets is one of the comparatively few crypto casinos to give instant win games their own dedicated category. In it, you’ll find almost a hundred titles, ranging from provably fair crash games like Aero from Turbo Games and Chicken Road 2 from InOut, to Minesweeper XY from BGaming and Gold Rush Shooter from Reevo

Live Casino

The Ybets live casino offering is extensive, with nearly 500 games to choose from. The vast majority are from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, with 277 and 131 titles respectively, though there are also almost 70 Ezugi games in the mix. You’ll find the usual mix of live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, and poker, with plenty of VIP tables too (they even have a category of their own).

Live game shows also get a category, and with close to 50 games to choose from, most players are going to be happy. At the time of writing this Ybets casino review, the most popular game shows included Crazy Balls and Deal or No Deal from Evolution, and Vegas Ball Bonanza and Boom City from Pragmatic Play Live.

Table Games and Video Poker

There is a table games category at Ybets casino, but it includes both RNG (random number generator) and live dealer games. However, there is a decent choice of RNG-based video poker, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and craps here.

Bingo and Keno

Surprisingly, Ybets crypto casino had a Lottery and Bingo category under Live Casino. In it, you’ll find games like Lightning Lotto and Mega Ball 100 First Person from Evolution, and EZ Bingo 90 and Matka from Ezugi. However, if you’re looking for video bingo and keno, you’ll need to use the search function – which brings up a good choice of titles from providers like Belatra, Mascot, and MGA Games.

Provably Fair Games

While there’s no specific provably fair games category or filter, Ybets does carry provably fair titles from providers like Turbo Games and InOut. However, there aren’t any in-house provably fair original games here.

CoinBets Challenge: Counting on a Sweet Bonanza

Well, after my disappointing run on the Ybets slots, my options for the CoinBets Challenge were limited. Basically, I just needed to get my balance back into healthy territory – the good side of 100 USDT would do. Yep, that was the target.

So, starting off with just 65.70 USDT in real money (I’d got bonus funds too, but I’m not counting those), I was banking on Sweet Bonanza 1000 from Pragmatic Play to save me. Now, continuing the success of the original Sweet Bonanza, this slot has been a monster hit for the provider since its release in June 2024. I’ve played it before and had great results, so I was feeling optimistic.

The game itself has features like a tumble mechanic and free spins, a max win of 25,000x your bet, and an RTP of between 96.53% and 94.51%. It’s basically a more potent version of the original. However, it is highly volatile, so it’s a risk – I was banking on getting lucky and hitting just one or two big wins, rather than slogging it out with incremental wins.

And what actually happened? Well, nothing good.

After betting 50 USDT, I’d only won back 21.60, meaning I’d failed my CoinBets Challenge miserably.

Oh well, there’s always another day.

ico-sports-basketball

Sportsbook

As with most of the best crypto casinos, Ybets also offers sports betting. All the most popular traditional sports are available, from football and tennis to volleyball and basketball. Both standard and live in-play betting are offered.
Esports betting is also available on popular disciplines including Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, eCricket, King of Glory, and League of Legends.

ico-promotion-white

Promotional Offers

Complementing the Ybets welcome bonus is a limited range of promos for existing players. At the time of writing this review, they included:

Weekly Deposit Bonus – 100% deposit bonus on Friday and mystery bonus on Monday

Engine of Fortune – Spin to win prizes including BTC, deposit bonuses, double cashback, cash, and free spins.

Ybets Jackpots – Bet over $1, $5, $10, or $100 on any slot game for a chance of winning one of four Ybets jackpots.

Loyalty Program & VIP Club

Instead of a typical multi-tier loyalty or VIP program, Ybets rewards players with regular cashback – awarded in two ways:

10% daily cashback: Calculated based on the losses incurred from funds deposited the previous day.

10% weekly cashback: Available via Telegram link.

Cashback is subject to a 3x wagering requirement and is capped at 10% of net deposits (deposits minus withdrawals and bonuses). You need to claim your daily cashback within 24 hours, or it expires. Live games and all baccarat are excluded from cashback.

Player Support

Ybets casino provides 24/7 player support via live chat, and you can also email support [at] ybets [dot] net. Beyond that, very few resources are provided – there’s no FAQ section, and the casino’s social media presence seems limited to Telegram.

User Experience & Website Design

In all honesty, Ybets looks very much like hundreds of other crypto casinos. It’s tidy enough and easy to use – things seem to work. The wallet is, perhaps, a little clunky compared to most, but overall, it’s all fine. The color scheme is also a little on the dark side – but then again, that’s all about personal taste.

When it comes to responsible gambling, Ybets actually does better than most crypto casinos. While the safer gambling tools aren’t exactly extensive, you can set deposit limits and self-exclude very easily from the Settings section of your account. No need to contact support. Kudos on that one – it’s such a small feature, but makes such a big difference.

Mobile apps

There is no dedicated Ybets mobile app for iOS, Android, or Windows. However, the web-based platform has been optimized to run smoothly on mobile browsers, so you can still play on your smartphone or tablet.

ico-reputation-solid-white

Overall Reputation

So, what’s the internet saying about Ybets? Well, first up, we should note that when it launched, Ybets casino used the URL “ybets dot io” and now it’s using “ybets dot net” – but it is the same platform (the registered addresses match). For example, Trustpilot still has the casino listing under the old domain.

Anyway, as always, it’s hard to gauge the reputation of a crypto casino – there are just too many fake reviews (see our article about reputation laundering for more), and you can’t trust anything a casino affiliate says. To be frank, they’d sell their own mother if they thought they could make money.

But, for entertainment purposes, if nothing else, here are the ratings for Ybets at several popular casino review platforms:

PlatformOverall RatingNotes
3.3 Average (based on 341 reviews)(based on 341 reviews)
Overall: 7.4/10 Safety Index: Above Average
CasinoRank: 4.1Player Rating: 9 (253 reviews)

Again, while the ratings on Casino Guru and AskGamblers look decent enough – remember that they are affiliate marketing sites and have financial incentives to promote the casino. Take everything they say with a pinch of salt (actually, make that a vat of salt). The best thing to do is check out what the CoinBets community is saying.

Ybets

Ybets offers solid games and cashback perks, but Anjouan license, bad wagering terms, weak reputation, and modest crypto support undermine trust.

Verdict

Okay, so all things considered, what’s my verdict on Ybets?

Well, on the positive side of things, it’s got a good games catalog, the cashback is cool, and there are some interesting features, like the Engine of Fortune. It’s also great to see a crypto casino provide at least the ability to set deposit limits without having to contact customer support.

However, nothing really stands out about Ybets, and there are a few negative points. For a starter, there’s the Anjouan license – never a good thing. Then there are the limited sign-up options and lack of Web3 wallet support. The range of cryptos supported is also modest, and the welcome bonus has horrible wagering requirements (remember,  it’s based on the bonus + deposit, rather than the more usual bonus only). And while some terms are clearly provided, they are far from comprehensive.

Then there’s the reputation. Again, it’s extremely hard to assess a crypto casino’s standing with players, but there are some red flags. For example, the more genuine-seeming Trustpilot reviews are overwhelmingly negative, and the player rating on Casino Guru is bad, and thus at odds with the official platform rating.

Let’s just say my eyebrow is raised.

So, Ybets is pretty much a mediocre crypto casino. If you do want to try it, I’d recommend using caution – keep your balance low and make frequent, smaller withdrawals until you know if you can trust it.

But that’s just what I think. How about you? Have you played at Ybets? If so, why not write a CoinBets review and share your thoughts with the player community?

Thanks for reading, and until next time, stay safe, have fun, and may the RTP be with you!
