BetBolt Review

Read Expert Review

Launched in 2023, BetBolt.com tries to dazzle with slots, live dealer games, and a sportsbook – plus a VIP club that offers status transfers from rival casinos. But the shine doesn’t last long. There’s no welcome bonus, promo pages with missing terms, barely any filters, and a “crypto vault” that feels more like a trap than a feature.

Throw in terrible ratings and reviews from other platforms, and this Anjouan-licensed casino looks more menacing than exciting. So, is BetBolt still worth a cautious wager in 2025, or best avoided like the plague? Read our no-holds-barred CoinBets review to find out.

Lightning Fast Crypto Gambling, or a Nasty Shock?

Crashing onto the scene in 2023, BetBolt.com serves up thousands of slots, live dealer tables, and a full sportsbook covering both sports and esports. It’s also loudly banging the drum for its VIP club – even dangling a status-transfer service to lure in high rollers. But behind the glossy pitch lies a storm of less than electric reviews and player complaints.

In this original CoinBets review, I’ll be signing up, wagering real crypto, and going through the fine print and features to see what’s real and what’s just marketing static.

So, is BetBolt a hidden powerhouse for crypto-degenerates, or just another trap designed to give you a nasty shock?

License and Security

Casino credentials and player protection

Before we get to the fun stuff, let’s check BetBolt’s credentials:

image description

BetBolt.com is operated by Hi Steaks Entertainment Ltd, which is registered on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, in the Union of Comoros. The platform is operating under an Anjouan gaming license (ALSI-202508042-FI2).

The site connection is secure and the security certificate is valid

Welcome Bonus

Bonus size, terms, and fairness

At the time of writing this BetBolt review, the casino was not offering a specific welcome bonus for new players.

Opening a New Account

Sign-up speed and steps

Starting your BetBolt.com journey is quick and easy, but there is only one sign-up option:

Hit the blue “Join Now” tab, create a username, enter your email address, choose a strong password, and check the box to confirm you’re at least 18 and have read the Terms and Conditions. Then tap “Play Now” and you’re done.

Prohibited Jurisdictions

You should be aware that although sign-up is KYC-free and using a VPN will enable you to bypass any geoblocking, the Anjouan license means players from many jurisdictions are prohibited (e.g., the US and UK).

Despite this, the only specific countries prohibited in the BetBolt Terms and Conditions are Anjouan, Malta, Curacao, and Costa Rica. However, point 3.1 of the T&Cs is a rather cheeky catchall statement, saying “Individuals residing in countries where gambling is illegal or restricted or where special licensing is required are strictly not permitted to create an account on BetBolt.com or use any services offered by BetBolt.com and take upon themselves full responsibility.”

Of course, it might be possible to make small withdrawals without a problem. But you may run into issues if the casino requests identity documents before a large withdrawal. Basically, if this casino doesn’t want to payout (and I’d guess that’s fairly likely), they’ll just refer you to point 3.1, and there will be nothing you can do.

Payments

BetBolt supports deposits and withdrawals in a decent range of popular mainstream cryptocurrencies – but it’s definitely not a casino for memecoin or privacy coin users.

Note that BetBolt also offers a crypto vault, promoted as a long-term crypto storage solution. However, I would strongly advise against storing crypto with any online casino. It’s far better to transfer funds to a non-custodial wallet for safekeeping.

Remember, “not your keys, not your crypto.”

To make a crypto deposit, tap the blue “Wallet” tab, then select “Deposit”. Choose your crypto and you’ll be provided with a unique deposit address in both QR code and text formats (don’t forget to select the network if applicable). The minimum deposit accepted will be stated.

To withdraw crypto, open your wallet and tap “Withdraw.” Select your cryptocurrency (and network if applicable), paste in your withdrawal wallet address, and state how much you want to transfer. The minimum withdrawal and any fees will be stated. If everything looks good, hit “Confirm.”

CoinBets.com Tip: Always double-check crypto wallet addresses after pasting them – you don’t want to fall victim to ‘PasteJacking’. This is when hackers exploit the copy-paste function to change wallet addresses to steal funds.

Buying Crypto

Unlike the best crypto casinos, BetBolt doesn’t allow you to purchase crypto directly via third parties like Changelly or Moonpay.

However, you can swap currencies, for a small fee, of course. Just open your wallet and select “Swap”. Choose the currencies and how much you want to swap, and check the rate, estimated time, and swap fee. If you’re happy with them, tap “Confirm” to initiate the exchange.

Game Selection

At the time of writing this BetBolt review, there were around 2,000 casino games from around 30 providers. Overall, the catalog is neatly presented, but some more granular categories and filters would make browsing much easier.

  • Slots
    Game variety
  • Crash & Instant Wins
    Fast gameplay
  • Live Casino
    Live dealer games
  • Table Games and Video Poker
Classic RNG-based table and card games
  • Bingo
    Casual number-based games

Slots

Game variety

At the time of reviewing, the top-ranking slots here were unusual. Instead of the usual Pragmatic Play hits, it was Cartel Chase from FBastards, Hot Money Slot from Truelab, Cultist from Popiplay, Barbarosa from Peter & Sons, and Autobahn Alarm from Apparat Gaming. There were some BGaming titles too, like Chicken Rush and Aztec Clusters – which hints this casino could be running on a Softswiss platform.

Around 60 Megaways slots are available, including Book of Panda Megaways from BGaming, Atlantis Megaways from Relax Gaming, and Madam Destiny Megways from Pragmatic – though you’ll need to use the search bar to find them.

CoinBets Experience

Autobahn Alarm (Apparat Gaming)

To get things started at BetBolt, I hit the German highways in Autobahn Alarm from Apparat Gaming. And not being overly familiar with this provider, I had no idea what to expect, but it turned out to be a blast. From its retro early 2000s video game style graphics to the fast, and very German, electro soundtrack, this game feels, well, fast

Under the hood, this slot has a medium volatility rating, 10 betways, an official RTP of 96.21%, and a maximum win of 1,250x your bet – definitely more middle of the road than high performance. Even so, the No Limit Free Games, with their burning tire Moving Wilds, do keep the revs high – in fact, I triggered them twice in just 50 spins.

And, by the time I pulled in for fuel, I’d actually managed to hit a very respectable 120% RTP. I would say that this is one of the slots with a whole lot of drama for relatively modest wins, but it’s definitely worth a test drive or two.

Cartel Chase (F*Bastards)

Next, I popped across the pond to Miami for Cartel Chase from FBastards. This is basically like Miami Vice and GTA had a baby that grew up to be a slot game.

Visually, it’s very slick with plenty of atmospheric animations, including a drug-running Cessna that drops Wilds. There’s also a very cool sniper mode – if you hit a DEA agent, you win nothing, but hit a target kingpin and you’ll keep going as long as that symbol drops onto the reels. I managed to trigger it several times – the first giving me a clean sweep, filling all the reels with my target and landing me $72.00 from a $1 bet.

In terms of specs, Cartel Chase has a medium variance rating, a theoretical RTP of 96%, and a max win of 4,000x. But after 100 x $1 spins, I’d managed to notch up a nice 114.9% real RTP.

At that point, I decided to make a quiet exit. I’ve heard it’s not good for your life expectancy to hang around those parts too long.

Cultist (Popiplay)

Finally, I called in to Innsmouth to see what was going on with Mr Lovecraft and the locals in Cultist from Popiplay. It turned out to be nothing good. You see, this slot lured me in with its macabre, slithering charms, but just ended up devouring my bankroll… and possibly part of my soul.

Okay, maybe that’s a bit dramatic. But still, after 62 x $1 spins, I’d only managed to claw back a meagre $5.95 – that’s a real RTP of just 9.6%. As for the official RTP? A surprisingly high 97.14%. But, in fairness, it is rated as highly volatile. As for features, there are expanding wilds, wilds with multipliers, and a bonus game.

Despite my bad luck, I will admit the game has wonderfully atmospheric graphics and sounds. And considering the maximum win is 10,000x your bet, maybe I should have invested more time and crypto into this one?

I’ll wait until the next time I hear the call of Cthulhu.

Crash & Instant Wins

Fast gameplay

When it comes to crash games and other casual games from third-party providers, you’re out of luck at BetBolt. It goes without saying that there are no categories or filters, but even manual searching turned up nothing. Okay, I found a single Plinko game and a single scratchcard, but that’s it.

Live Casino

Live dealer games

Equipped with fewer than 80 games, the BetBolt live casino is limited compared to most contemporary crypto casinos. However, you will find a range of live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, and dice games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and Live88.

Surprisingly, the choice of live game shows is pretty good, with just over 30 options. These include the big hits like Crazy Pachinko and Dream Catcher from Evolution, plus Sweet Bonanza Candyland and Mega Wheel from Pragmatic, but most impressively, live Duck Racing from 155.io.

Table Games and Video Poker

Classic RNG-based table and card games

While there’s no dedicated category for RNG-based table games at BetBolt casino, there are Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat sections. Among the live dealer games, you will find a few RNG options like European Roulette and Baccarat from RTG Slots, and Perfect Paris Blackjack and American Roulette from Betrix Games.

As for video poker, it is available, but you’ll need to use the search bar. Just over 30 games are available, including All American Poker and Bonus Poker Deluxe from RTG Slots, and Double Joker Poker and Deuces Wild from Betrix Games.

Bingo

Casual number-based games

BetBolt.com definitely isn’t for bingo and keno fans. A search turned up zero bingo options, and just 2 keno games – one in-house original, and one from RTG.

  • Provably Fair Games
    Testing transparency and randomness

Provably Fair Games

Testing transparency and randomness

In terms of provably fair games at BetBolt, the easiest to find are the 15 in-house originals. The lineup is standard fare, consisting of Plinko, Blackjack, Hilo, Crash, Dragon’s Tower, Wheel, Video Poker, Diamonds, Dice, Keno, Limbo, Mines, Baccarat, Roulette, and Silder.

Additionally, there are some provably fair games from third-party providers like Turbo Games, including Catanza, Jewel Clicker, Vortex, and Bayraktar.

Not sure what I’m on about? No worries, check out the CoinBets Introduction to Provably Fair Gaming to bring you up to speed.

Sportsbook

Sports and esports betting

BetBolt also has a sportsbook offering standard and live sports betting on everything from football and basketball to MMA and cricket. Esports betting is also available on a limited range of disciplines like CS2, League of Legends, and Dota 2, plus eFootball and eHockey.

Promotional Offers

Bonuses, tournaments and special offers

Alongside the BetBolt welcome package, you’ll find several promos for existing players. At the time of writing, these included:

  • $10,000 Weekly Wager Race
  • $10,000 Weekly Challenges
  • Telegram Bonus Drops

Unfortunately, absolutely no information is provided. Literally, you click on the promo tabs and get nothing. Not even a basic description, let alone detailed terms and conditions. Seems totally legit.

Loyalty Program & VIP Club

Rewards, rakeback, and VIP perks

The BetBolt VIP program is a typical multi-tier scheme offering various perks based on the total you’ve wagered. If you wager at least $100K monthly, you can also transfer your existing VIP status from another online casino to BetBolt.

You’ll also find guides that help with the most common queries in the BetBolt Help Centre (accessible via the live chat tab, or from a link in the footer).

Additionally, you can connect with and follow BetBolt casino on social media platforms, including Instagram, X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, and BitcoinTalk.

User Experience & Website Design

Navigation, layout, and performance

Right, so when it comes to user experience and platform design, BetBolt needs to up its game significantly.

Sure, at first glance, the casino looks attractive enough – I actually quite like the bolder than usual blue. But, my god, they need to add more categories and filters to improve the browsing experience. And, even more urgently, they need to ensure terms and conditions are readily accessible. Until these issues are sorted out, BetBolt can’t be recommended.

On a more positive note, BetBolt does provide some useful responsible gambling tools – unusual for an Anjouan-licensed casino. You can opt to take a set break and easily set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Okay, the suite of tools isn’t as extensive as at the best crypto casinos, but it’s a start.

Overall Reputation

Right then, that’s what BetBolt.com has to offer, but what kind of reputation does it have? Well, as always, keep in mind that Trustpilot is often compromised by fake reviews, and most other review sites are run by affiliate marketers. That being said, it usually results in overly positive ratings. And that definitely isn’t the case for BetBolt. In fact, when even casino affiliates are dissing a casino, it’s a very bad sign.

BetBolt is yet another Anjouan-licensed casino and sportsbook that looks decent at first, but scratch the surface and its gets more than a little shady.

Verdict

Okay, what’s my final take on BetBolt crypto casino?

In two words, “not good.”

This is one of those crypto gambling platforms that starts raising red flags almost as soon as you sign up. From the vague information about prohibited jurisdictions and lack of promo terms and conditions, to an almost total absence of categories and filters, this platform is substandard at best. Add to that the lack of any real Web3 or crypto first features, and generally poor ratings, and it all amounts to a disaster of a casino.

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend anyone deposits crypto with this casino. But if you really feel like living dangerously, then please keep balances low – and for heaven’s sake, don’t use the BetBolt crypto vault for long-term storage.

But that’s just what I think. Have you experienced BetBolt.com recently? If so, why not write a CoinBets review and share your thoughts with the player community?

Thanks for reading, and until next time, stay safe, have fun, and always store your crypto in a non-custodial wallet.

The Facts You Need

Crypto Casinos: The Truth Behind the Hype

Most crypto casino review platforms and guides are written by affiliates who earn up to 50% of your losses at the casino. They’re financially incentivized to push the casinos that pay them the most, not the ones that treat players fairly. That’s why you’ll rarely see them warn you about slow withdrawals, unfair terms, or dodgy licenses.

CoinBets is different. We don’t take casino money. We deposit and play with our own funds, then report exactly what we find, the good, the bad, and the scams.

Crypto casinos can be fun and convenient, but they’re not all created equal. Licensing quality, withdrawal speed, bonus terms, and game fairness vary wildly from site to site. Some operate under weak offshore regulators with zero player protection. Others bury restrictive terms that can void your winnings. And in the worst cases? Rigged games, frozen accounts, and unpaid withdrawals.

Our goal is simple: help you spot the red flags before you deposit. That’s why our database lists licensing details, RTP info, payment terms, and verified user reviews so you can make an informed decision, not a hopeful gamble.

But we can’t do it alone. We need players like you to help arm CoinBets with a vault of verified reviews. The more real, documented player experiences we have, the easier it is to hold dodgy crypto casinos accountable and warn others before they lose money. If you’ve played, share your story — together we can make the crypto gambling space safer for everyone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • What makes a crypto casino trustworthy?

A legitimate license from a regulator with actual enforcement power, transparent terms, fast withdrawals, provably fair games, and a clean track record of paying players without drama.

  • Are unlicensed crypto casinos always scams?

Not always, but you’re gambling with zero safety net. If they refuse to pay you, there’s no regulator to step in. That’s why we flag licensing in every review.

  • What’s “provably fair” and why does it matter?

It’s a cryptographic system that lets you verify game results weren’t manipulated. In plain English: you can prove you weren’t cheated. Without it, you’re trusting the casino’s word.

  • Why are bonuses often a bad deal?

Because the fine print can make them nearly impossible to cash out, with wagering requirements, game restrictions, and withdrawal caps. Our database lists these terms so you can spot the traps.

  • How fast should a crypto casino pay out?

Top-tier sites pay within minutes to a few hours. If withdrawals drag on for days without clear reasons, that’s a red flag.

  • How does CoinBets stay unbiased?

We don’t take affiliate deals or casino funding. We play and test with our own crypto, track every interaction, and publish the results – even when casinos hate it.
