It sounds cute, but is BetPanda actually a dangerous predator?
Since 2023, BetPanda has marketed itself as a KYC-free, VPN-friendly crypto casino for players who want to gamble anonymously. It offers thousands of slots, table, and live casino games, plus sports betting.
In this original CoinBets BetPanda casino review, I’ll be examining the welcome bonus and promos, payments, service, user experience, and wagering real crypto. And, as always, I’ll finish things by checking out what other players are saying about this crypto gambling site.
- Casino credentials and player protection
- Bonus size, terms, and fairness
- Sign-up speed and steps
As always, lets start by checking out BetPanda’s credentials:
BetPanda is operated by SBM S.R.L., based in San Pedro, Costa Rica
The site connection is secure and the security certificate is valid
At the time of writing this BetPanda casino review, the welcome bonus was advertised as 100% of your first deposit up to 1 BTC.
Sounds pretty generous, right? Well, let’s look under the hood.
Its subject to a “40x” wagering requirement. But, that’s 40x the value of your bonus + your deposit, so it’s really 80x the bonus amount.
So, using the Bitcoin price ($95K) at the time of writing this BetPanda review, to get a 1 BTC bonus, you would have to deposit BTC worth $95,000 and then wager $7,600,000 worth ($95K deposit + $95K bonus, x 40) — yep, that’s $7.6 MILLION worth of BTC.
And, you’ve got to complete that within 7 days. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. Yet again, we see a crypto casino mis selling an offer to make itself seem generous — relying on the fact that many people won’t do the math.
Game weighting also applies, so different types of games contribute to wagering differently. And, while this isn’t particularly unusual at online casinos, here at BetPanda, only slots contribute 100%, live games contribute just 20%, and provably fair games count for a meaningless 1%. Selected games, other types of games, and sports betting do not contribute at all.
Are there any positives to the BetPanda crypto casino welcome offer?
Well, claiming the BetPanda sign-up bonus is easy enough. Just open your account, make a deposit, and start wagering on games. There’s no minimum deposit, and the maximum bet while using bonus funds is a reasonable $10. Also, the terms and conditions are, surprisingly, clearly written and included on the promotional page itself.
For tips on finding the best welcome packages, check out the CoinBets guide to crypto casino bonuses.

Opening an account here is quick and easy. However, at the time of making this BetPanda casino review, there was only one sign-up option available:
Click the “Sign up” button at the top right of the screen. Provide a valid email and set a strong password. Then confirm you’ve read and agreed with the Terms of Service and click “Sign Up” – that’s it, you’re all done.

Payments
At the time of writing this BetPanda casino review, deposits and withdrawals were available in a reasonable range of cryptocurrencies. But whichever you use, remember to secure your crypto when gambling.
Crypto Deposits & Withdrawals:

To make a deposit, click the “Deposit” tab and select the crypto you would like to deposit. Your deposit address will be provided in both alphanumeric and QR code format.
To withdraw crypto, click “Cash Out”, select your crypto, and enter the amount you want to withdraw. Then enter the address of the crypto wallet you would like to withdraw to. Make sure you select the appropriate network if applicable.

CoinBets.com Tip: Always double-check crypto wallet addresses after pasting them – you don’t want to fall victim to ‘PasteJacking’. This is when hackers exploit the copy-paste function to change wallet addresses to steal funds.
Game Selection
At the time of writing this BetPanda casino review, more than 6,000 titles from over 70 game providers were available.
There’s a basic search function, and you can also filter games by provider, type, and features including Buy Bonus, Grid Slot, Hold & Win, Jackpot, Megaways, and Provably Fair.
- Game variety
- Fast gameplay
- Dealer quality
- Classic tables
- Casual games
As you’d expect, the vast majority of games here at Bet Panda are slots.
You’ll find recent releases from big-name studios, like Aztec Smash from Pragmatic Play, Outsourced: Payday from NoLimit City, and Fire My Laser from Hacksaw Gaming. There are also plenty of older classics available, like Starburst from NetEnt and Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe from Novomatic.
Megways slots fans are well catered for at BetPanda, with nearly 200 titles to choose from. These include hits like Madame Destiny Megaways from Pragmatic Play, Who Wants to be a Millionaire Megaways from Big Time Gaming, and Blockchain Megaways from Booming Games.
Likewise, at the time of this BetPanda casino review, there were around 200 jackpot slots — including huge progressive jackpot games like the Mega Moolah and WowPot series from Games Global (Microgaming).

Fire My Laser (Hacksaw Gaming)

Released in December 2024, Fire My Laser is a cheesy retro sci-fi slot from Hacksaw. It instantly caught my eye when I saw it at the top of BetPanda’s slot listings.
It’s got 7 reels and 6 rows, a free spins bonus round, a max win of 15,000x your bet, an RTP of 96.31%, and a medium/high volatility rating.
But, most of all, it’s got lasers.
Seriously, that was the best thing about it. I mean, the gameplay itself was pretty disappointing — a whole lot of action seemed to be happening for not much in the way of wins.
But, heck, when those lasers flash across the screen, it’s just cool.
Oh, and the bonus round features a big green space worm.
But, still, the wins sucked. I don’t think I’ll be wasting time on Fire My Laser again.
Frustratingly, there is no dedicated crash games category or filter at BetPanda.
But, if you search you can find games with “crash” in their title. In addition to the ubiquitous Aviator from Spribe, you’ll find titles like Crash X from Turbo Games, Crash 1917 from Imoon, and Dragon or Crash from Dragoon Soft.
You’ll also have to search for scratchcards, but there is a decent selection available. At the time of this BetPanda casino review, they included the Scratch! series from Hacksaw Gaming, plus Ice Scratch, 3 Kings Scratch, and Luck & Magic Scratch from BGaming.

The Live Casino Lobby at BetPanda is well organized. There are separate sections for VIP Blackjack, Game Shows, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Sic Bo, and Craps, making it easy to browse.
Additionally, while many crypto casinos only offer live dealer games from two or three providers, BetPanda carries games from 8 studios; 7Mojos Live, Asia Gaming, BETER Live, Evolution, Ezugi, Live88, Pragmatic Play Live, and SA Gaming.
At the time of making this BetPanda casino review, there were over 140 live blackjack tables available. These included Speed Blackjack, Free Bet VIP Blackjack, Bet Behind Pro Blackjack, andEasy Blackjack.
Around 100 live roulette tables are offered, including various native language options like Spanish, Italian, Turkish, and Hindi.
Also, the choice of live baccarat is impressive with almost 200 tables, while the sic bo range is more limited with 7 options, and there’s a single live craps table.
The Game Show section features popular games from Evolution and Pragmatic Play, like Lightning Storm, Crazy Time, Monopoly Big Baller, Deal or No Deal, Dream Catcher, and Boom City.

Deal or No Deal (Evolution)
Oh dear, what can I say? I’d got myself all excited with fond memories of watching Noel Edmonds on Channel 4 every Saturday back in the old days.
But, alas, after spinning the slot for a few minutes, I didn’t manage to land the 3 Deal or No Deal symbols to qualify for the bonus live game.
Still, if you do manage to qualify, you’ll essentially experience something like the original TV game show. But, before you do, you’ll get the chance to spin the Top-Up wheel. During this, you can increase the value of selected briefcases by 5x – 50x your bet.
When the bonus game starts, it closely follows the format of the original TV game. The player’s case remains unopened until the end. But as other cases are opened and their contents revealed, the banker makes offers to buy back the player’s case.
The player must decide whether to stick with the original case, in the hope it contains a large cash sum, or take the banker’s offer and sell the case.
Exciting stuff.

There’s no main category visible for table games at BetPanda, but if you click on “Features” and scroll to the bottom, you’ll find “Table Games.” And, with over 200 table games and video poker titles available, the choice is pretty solid.
You’ll find some BetPanda-branded games from OneTouch, including Blackjack, Roulette, and High Hand Hold’em Poker. These site alongside popular games like First Person XXXTreme Lighting Roulette and First Person Dream Catcher from Evolution, along with standard table games from the likes of Nucleus, GameArt, and Betsoft.

Again, to find bingo and keno games you’ll have to use the search function.
And, to be honest, its not really worth bothering. At the time of writing this BetPanda casino review, there were just a handful of games from Caleta Gaming, Dragoon Soft, Manna Play, Galaxsys, Spribe, and Turbo Games.
- Testing transparency and randomness
Like most large crypto casinos, you’ll find a range of ‘original’ provably fair games. At the time of writing this BetPanda casino review, the line up consisted of Turbo Crash, Crash, Hi-Lo, Mines, Plinko, Keno, Limbo, Dice, Wheel, and CoinFlip. Tower was also advertised as ‘coming soon.’

Third-party provably fair games are easy to find — having their own category accessible from the main menu. Games were available from providers including Turbo Games, BGaming, Spribe, Hacksaw, and Galaxys.
Got questions about verifiable fairness? We’ve got everything covered in the CoinBets guide to provably fair gaming and casinos.

Limbo Rider (Turbo Games)

I couldn’t resist the retro 80’s style graphics of Limbo Rider, but I was a little disappointed by the gameplay. I’m not entirely sure why — the graphics were fun, and simple games can still be highly entertaining.
But, something just didn’t do it for me.
To play, you simply set a bet and a target multiplier and then let the car rip. If the car hits your multiplier before speeding off, you win, if not, you don’t.
It’s a variant of the crash game, just without a crash.
Towers (Turbo Games)

Towers perfectly illustrates what I was just talking about. Its very simple, both in terms of gameplay and graphics, but I still found it much more engaging than Limbo Rider.
The premise is simple; place a bet and then try and climb your way to the top of the tower.
Multipliers increase with each level, and you can cash out at any time. There are 5 difficulty settings; on the lowest, 3 out of 4 blocks on each level are safe, and on the hardest, only 1 out of 4 blocks on each is safe.
However, if you do make it to the top of the nightmare level, your bet will get a massive x3,840.21 multiplier.
Here at CoinBets, we often see players complaining that the experienced RTP doesn’t match the official RTP of a game — especially when it comes to slots. Unsurprisingly, many players believe that some casinos manipulate slots to provide a higher RTP on free or demo play, and a lower one during real money play.
So, to find out if BetPanda slots are legit, I decided to test 100 free play spins vs 100 real money spins to see what RTP I really experienced.
For this test, I selected one of the latest Nolimit City releases, Tombstone Slaughter — a gritty Western slot rated as extremely volatile and boasting an official RTP of 96.01%.
To keep this challenge fair, I didn’t buy any bonuses or special features — just placed 100 x $1 bets during free play, followed by 100 x $1bets with real money. I kept a tally of the spins on a sheet of paper, so didn’t need to rely on any casino-provided data.
The results were definitely interesting!
The free play session delivered numerous small wins, but despite triggering free spins about halfway through, left me down nearly $20, delivering an actual RTP of 82.4% — significantly lower than the provider’s official rate.

However, during the real money play, I landed numerous small wins, plus a $64 win courtesy of the XSplit and Backstab Wilds features — and that made all the difference.
At the end of 100 real money spins, I was nearly $30 in profit, having achieved an actual RTP of 128.47%.

So, there you go. While this is a relatively small test, it proves a couple of things:
- BetPanda doesn’t appear to be overtly manipulating slot RTP.
- Because official RTP is calculated over millions of trial spins, it’s very unlikely you’ll experience the same rate during real play.
Although this is a BetPanda casino review, it’s worth mentioning that there’s a sportsbook here too. It offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a good range of sports including soccer, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, and horse racing.
You can also bet on esports including FIFA, Counter-Strike, Valorant, Dota 2, League of Legends, and NBA 2K along with eHorse Racing, eFighting, and eTennis.

- Current bonuses and real value
- Rewards, rakeback, and VIP perks
Okay, so I definitely wasn’t impressed with the welcome offer here, but what about other promos?
Well, at the time of making this BetPanda casino review, several in-house and network offers were live, including:
- Weekly Cashback – 10% guaranteed cashback on real money losses once you’ve earned 12500XP – valid for live casino, slots, and provably fair games – no wagering requirements
- Cash Drop & Races – Daily prize drops and hourly tournaments, 3,000 daily winners with €2,500,000 in prizes (network promo)
- Games of the Week – Get an extra 5% cashback on selected games
- Live88 5% Extra Cashback – Get an extra 5% cashback on live dealer games from Live88
- Blackjack Holiday Tournament – Pragmatic Play network tournament with €250,000 prize pool
- Mega Roulette Madness – Pragmatic Play network prompt with €30,000 in weekly random prizes
It seems like BetPanda has a pretty steady schedule of promotional offers, even if most are network promos from major game providers rather than in-house events. The cashback offer seems fair enough, being valid across all games and having no wagering requirements.

Unsurprisingly, BetPanda offers a multi-tier loyalty program. You earn XP for wagering real funds and climb through 6 levels (Panda Cub, Bamboo Guardian, Majestic Panda, Panda Commander, Emperor Panda, and Uncharted Territory). You’ll benefit from perks like more free spins and rewards as you progress.
Not much information is provided about how much XP you need to level up, or the specific rewards at the various tiers, but I can tell you that winnings from free spins are wager-free, which is nice
For every €1 worth of real funds wagered, you’ll earn:
- Slots: 10XP
- Live Casino: 2XP
- Provably Fair: 1XP
- Sports Betting: 1 XP

- Quality and Speed
- Navigation, layout, and performance
- Gameplay and usability on mobile
BetPanda’s customer support is available 24/7 via live chat, and response times seemed decent during testing. You can also reach the help desk by email at support [at] betpanda [dot] io.
Additionally, there is a FAQ section, but it’s not very expansive or in-depth. However, there is a BetPanda blog with some useful guides and articles.
Finally, you can connect with the BetPanda community on Discord (though there were less than 1,000 members), X, Instagram. and Telegram.

Ok, there’s no denying that BetPanda looks very much like most other crypto casinos. But the menus are simple, the design is uncluttered, and finding your way around is easy — I’d even go as far as calling the color scheme “soothing.”
Unfortunately, BetPanda.io really falls down when it comes to responsible gambling. There are no safer gambling tools available at all — heck, they don’t even bother with the usual responsible gambling filler blurb.
For real safer gambling advice and resources, we recommend checking out GambleAware.
Languages
At the time of writing this BetPanda casino review, there was no mobile app available. However, the website has been optimized to run smoothly on smartphone mobile browsers.
In October 2024, BetPanda announced it had signed a deal making it an official regional sponsor of the Argentina National Football Team. In November 2005, Puerto Rican rapper and singer Anuel AA also became a brand ambassador for BetPanda.

Right, so we’ve seen what this crypto casino offers, but what about its reputation? Well, getting a clear picture isn’t easy due to all the fake reviews and affiliate BS. However, here are some ratings at the time of making this BetPanda casino review:
| Platform | Overall Rating | Notes |
|---|---|---|
![]() | 2.5 Poor | 771 reviews |
![]() | Overall: 5.4/10 Safety Index: Below Average User Feedback: Great | 26 user ratings |

We’ve also analyzed feedback from around the web and identified the most common criticisms and compliments. The following information is based on 306 reviews collected from around the web:
| Subject | Details | No. of Mentions |
|---|---|---|
| Trust Issues and Scam Accusations | Unfortunately, a significant proportion of reviews accused BetPanda of scam-like activity. For example, saying “Almost 3 months since BetPanda stole my money! They closed my account and ignored all my emails. These are scammers; don’t deposit your money here! They didn’t even return my deposits!” and “After I wrote a negative comment, they suddenly ‘investigated’ and decided I broke the rules. Then they stole my $800 deposit. Total scammers!” Given the fact that BetPanda operates from a very questionable jurisdiction (Costa Rica), it’s hard to know if there is any truth to these allegations. Crypto casinos there are not subject to adequate oversight, so they may be engaging in shady practices. | 17.32% |
| Payout and Withdrawal Issues | Another concerning source of complaints was withdrawals. Specifically, players said things like “They randomly suspended my account, declined my withdrawal, and falsely accused me of syndicate betting. Sent my KYC documents three days ago—still no response” and “Withdrawals were smooth until I tried to cash out $350. Suddenly, my withdrawal was flagged for ‘security checks’ that have now lasted five months!” Again, considering where BetPanda is based, there’s a good chance the platform is not operating to the standards players rightly expect. Withdrawal delays are one thing, but a casino should always give a valid reason and keep you informed about what is happening.r | 14.38% |
| Game Fairness and RTP Concerns | Some reviews criticized BetPanda’s RTP, saying things like “Played over 100 spins in a row without a single win. This RTP is a scam!” and “Played over 100 spins in a row without a single win. This RTP is a scam!” While there might be some truth to these comments, you always need to put them in perspective. For example, the RTP is theoretical and calculated over millions of spins – the actual RTP a player experiences when spinning hundreds or even thousands of times will usually differ significantly. | 2.61% |
| Support Issues | A concerning number of BetPanda players complained about the customer support, saying things like “Live chat keeps telling me to email support, but support never replies. Completely useless!” and “Customer service responds quickly for deposits but ignores withdrawal issues. Feels intentional!” The percentage of people mentioning this is much higher than the best crypto casinos. Usually, problems with customer service are down to staff shortages or poor training, but this seems more like a deliberate strateg | 10.46% |
| Subject | Details | No. of Mentions |
|---|---|---|
| Fast Transactions | A small number of reviews mentioned fast transactions, saying things like “Instant deposits, and I usually get withdrawals in under 2 minutes!” and “Fast top-ups and quick withdrawals. No issues so far!” Well, they should be – it is a crypto casino after all! But at least it does indicate that assuming there aren’t any “account issues”, the withdrawal process can be streamlined and fast. | 3.27% |
| VIP and Bonuses | A small number of players praised the BetPanda loyalty scheme, saying things like “I like BetPanda, but they need more promotions and free spins. The cashback program is decent, though!” and “The loyalty program offers great bonuses and free spins” and “Their 10% weekly cashback is amazing. Love it!” Hmm… Well, at least some players like this site. | 6.54% |

BetPanda.io
BetPanda looks clean and plays fine, but the no license and shady bonus terms are dealbreakers. The Costa Rica setup alone should be enough to keep your crypto far away.

Verdict
Oh BetPanda, what can I say?
On the one hand, this is a crypto casino with some good things going for it. The simple design delivers a pleasant user experience, and the choice of slots and live games is solid, plus the site supports a decent range of cryptos.
However (you knew this was coming!), BetPanda has some serious issues.
First and foremost is the lack of a license. As explained, despite what some reviewers say, BetPanda is not “licensed in Costa Rica” — because there is no such thing as a Costa Rican gambling license. The company is registered in Costa Rica — which is a big difference.
Then there’s the way the welcome bonus is advertised. Trying to make it seem like wagering is 40x when it is effectively 80x (deposit + bonus) is wrong. Sure, BetPanda isn’t the first online casino to do this, and it won’t be the last, but it is as shady as it gets.
So, with no license and shady bonus terms, BetPanda makes it hard to trust and even harder to recommend.
But, that’s just what I think. Have you played here? If so, why not write your own BetPanda casino review and share your thoughts with the CoinBets community?
Thanks for reading, and until next time, keep safe and have fun!
