New tricks and bold promises — but does Gamba deliver?
Yet another Curaçao-based, Anjouan-licensed crypto gambling platform, Gamba went live sometime in 2024. In terms of product, Gamba offers thousands of slots, live dealer games, table games, and provably fair games, plus sports and esports betting.
At the time of writing, despite claiming to be “The Most Rewarding Online Casino & Sportsbook”, its organic traffic seemed negligible, mostly coming from India according to Ahrefs. However, judging by the affiliate data the platform itself provides, the casino is drawing in thousands of players.
In this original CoinBets review, I’ll be taking a deep dive and betting real crypto to see if Gamba is as good as it claims. I’ll be paying particular attention to things like the welcome bonus, crypto payment options, games, loyalty rewards, and overall user experience.

Gamba supports a decent range of popular cryptocurrencies for deposits and withdrawals. But as always, whichever you use, make sure you properly secure your crypto while gambling.
Crypto Deposits & Withdrawals:
To make a crypto deposit, select “Wallet”, then “Deposit.” Choose your crypto and network (if applicable). You will be provided with your unique Gamba crypto deposit wallet address in the form of an alphanumeric string and QR code.
To withdraw crypto, go to “Wallet” and select “Withdraw.” Choose the crypto and network (if applicable), enter the address of the wallet you want to withdraw to, and the amount you’d like to transfer. The estimated transaction fee will be displayed. If everything is acceptable, tap “Withdraw.”
CoinBets.com Tip: Always double-check crypto wallet addresses after pasting them – you don’t want to fall victim to ‘PasteJacking’. This is when hackers exploit the copy-paste function to change wallet addresses to steal funds.
Buying, Selling, Swapping, and Storing Crypto
In common with all the best crypto casinos, Gamba allows you to purchase (and sell) crypto without leaving the site. In this case, it’s via an OnRamper integration. To purchase crypto with cash or card, go to your wallet and select “Cash/Card.” Then tap “Deposit via OnRamper” and follow the prompts.
In total, over 180 payment methods are available, including Visa and Mastercard, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, PayPal, Sofort, and SEPA bank transfer.
Additionally, you can swap cryptos for a small fee — just select “Swap” in your Wallet. Select the crypto and amount you want to change, and which crypto you want to swap it to. The transaction fee will be provided – if it looks good, hit “Confirm Swap.”
Like several other crypto casinos (including the suspiciously similar named Gamdon), Gamba also provides a crypto “Vault” storage facility. This can be accessed from your Wallet. However, I would strongly recommend against using any casino-based storage for large amounts of crypto. It’s much safer to use a non-custodial crypto wallet for storage.
Game Selection
More than 5,500 casino games were available at the time of writing this Gamba review. They included titles from almost 70 different providers.
However, while there are some nice touches, like a Mystery Game selector and RTP/House Edge info on thumbnails, there’s a distinct lack of useful filters. For example, while there are basic categories and the option to sort by provider and RTP rankings, you can’t filter by game feature or theme.

Unsurprisingly, slots form the vast bulk of the Gamba casino games portfolio, with almost 5,300 available. Of course, you’ll find all the hits, like Sweet Bonanza from Pragmatic Play, Wanted Dead or a Wild from Hacksaw Gaming, and Mental 2 from NoLimit City, alongside a host of titles from more obscure providers.
Unfortunately, to find types of slots, like jackpots or Megaways, you’ve got to rely on the horrible search feature — which gives you a partial screen of results and is super annoying to use. Still, if you’ve got patience, you’ll find a small selection of Megaways games, and an equally small choice of games with “Jackpot” in their title.
However, Gamba does offer an interesting Bonus Hunt feature. This lets you accumulate bonuses across different slot games without playing them immediately. Basically, you can save them up and then play them all at once later, making for a more exciting session.

What the Hell’s up with all the devil-themed slots these days? Who knows — maybe the world just likes evil now. But, hey ho, SixSixSix from Hacksaw came up on Gamba’s mystery game picker, and is another one of their awesome little retro cartoon-style games.
In addition to great graphics, this game packs features like ‘Spin with Satan’, ‘Brave the Bonus’, and ‘Deal with the Devil’ to add some real gameplay depth. Overall, I loved it, and Lucifer must have picked up on my vibes, because after wagering $50, I’d won back $57.81, giving me a nice little profit and an exceptional RTP of 115.65% — which compares very well to the official 96.15%.
Wild West Gold Megaways (Pragmatic Play)
After my success with the dark side, I again used the, I used Gamba’s random game feature again — and it served up Wild West Gold Megaways from Pragmatic Play. Funnily enough, it’s a Western-themed slot. Who’d have guessed?
Anyways, it’s a fairly typical PP slot — polished graphics, features like sticky wilds, and extreme volatility. Its theoretical RTP is a decent 96.44%, but I got slaughtered. After betting $40 and losing $26.70 I’d had enough and moseyed on out of town.
Still, I’ll probably be back again soon — some of those cowgirls were rather nice.

Although there are a few crash games, like Aviamasters from BGaming, scratch cards like Scratchbit from Spinomenal, and other instant wins, the lack of categories and filters makes finding them a pain. Seriously, how hard is it to just add some basic filters?

With a mere 87 live dealer games, the Gamba live casino is definitely, well, underwhelming. Okay, the games that are there are mostly from industry leaders Evolution and Pragmatic Play, but the choice is undeniably limited. That said, there are probably enough live blackjack, roulette, and baccarat games for most casual players.
Gamba does boast a dedicated category for live game shows, with just shy of 50 titles available. These include all the most popular options like Crazy Time and Lightning Storm from Evolution, and Sweet Bonanza Candyland and Mega Wheel from Pragmatic Play.

There is a “Table Games” category at Gamba, but don’t let that fool you — it mostly contains live roulette, blackjack, and baccarat, plus a handful of live poker and dice games. The RNG-based table games are limited to a few first-person games from Evolution.

Presented as a Gamba Original (considering how many non-original ‘originals’ I’ve seen, I’m always suspicious!), Dragon Slayer combines mines/tower style mechanics and nice animated graphics. Actually, I guess it’s closest to Chicken Road in terms of gameplay.
Basically, you’re a knight of old, and are trying to slay the dragon. However, said dragon is in a lake, and very serpentine, with a long, snaky body. To get to its neck and head (which, as everyone knows, is critical for dragon slaying), you need to use the beast’s body as stepping stones. And that isn’t the safest thing to do. The more humps you successfully hop, the higher the multiplier — but at any moment, the dragon can toast you.
So, I was feeling up for a proper CoinBets Challenge and set the level to ‘Extreme Risk’ — yep, total badass knight. Then I played 51 x $1 bets (I meant to do 50, but there’s no autoplay and I miscounted).
Did I manage to get all the way and slay the dragon?
Well, nope. I actually lost $21.36, giving a real RTP of just 58.12% — compared to the theoretical RTP of 97%. Disappointing, but it is a provably fair game, and I did verify a couple of rounds — it all checked out.
Still, it was my fault for being cocky and setting the risk level to extreme! Overall, it’s a fun take on a common game style. Definitely recommended.

As you’ve probably figured out by now, the vast majority of today’s crypto casinos use “off-the-shelf” white label platforms — and Gamba is one of them. That means that in terms of UI/UX, this casino is virtually identical to hundreds of other crypto gambling platforms.
So, on that front, there’s not a lot to say about Gamba beyond, everything works fine. Payments are straightforward, things are where you’d expect them to be, and visually, it’s very nondescript. As already mentioned, the lack of filters makes browsing games tiresome, but to be fair, this is a common issue.
Another thing in common with other crypto casinos is Gamba’s half-hearted approach to responsible gambling. Sure, there’s some safer gambling information, the option to self-exclude, and even a handy monthly budget calculator. But, there’s no way to set deposit, wager, loss, or time limits — which are far more useful tools.

Gamba shows promise with clever features and fair bonuses, but cookie-cutter design, limited games, and weak license raise doubts.
Verdict
Well, I really want to like Gamba casino. Sure, it’s got a few flaws — like the lack of filters, limited range of crash/instant win games, and absence of any tokenomics.
But, on the other hand, it’s got some good things going for it. For example, there are the nifty little things like the mystery game picker, bonus hunt feature, crypto swapper, and nicely displayed RTP/house edge statistics — small features, but they make a real difference. As for everything else, well, it’s pretty typical stuff.
Then we come to the reputation. And this is the most difficult to judge. An Anjouan license is always cause for concern, but Gamba hasn’t really been around long enough to prove itself one way or the other yet — something reflected in the lack of reviews and ratings.
So, overall, Gamba crypto casino has promise — it’s doing some things very well, but the “proof will be in the pudding,” as they say. We’ll keep an eye on things here, but in the meantime, if you do sign up, I’d recommend keeping deposits moderate and making frequent small withdrawals.
