Will this Casino Take You to the Moon, or Crash and Burn?
RocketPlay casino launched in 2020 – right at the start of the pandemic, when everyone was stuck at home and bored, which definitely helped it blast off. Today, it offers thousands of slots, crash, table, and live dealer casino games, plus sports and esports betting.
In this exclusive RocketPlay review, I’ll be signing up and playing games with real crypto. And, as always here at CoinBets, I’ll be paying close attention to the welcome bonus, crypto payment options, games catalog, loyalty rewards, promos, and general user experience.
So, is RocketPlay still heading to the moon, or is it on its way to splashdown? Let’s find out.

RocketPlay is operated by Dama N.V. – a Curaçao-based company (reg. no. 52125). It is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (OGL/2023/174/0082).
The site connection is secure and the security certificate is valid

As is typical of Dama crypto casinos, the new player welcome package is split over multiple deposits. It breaks down as follows:
First Deposit Bonus – 100% up to €1,000 + 100 Free Spins
Second Deposit Bonus – 200% up to €2,000
Sounds okay, right? Well, let’s look under the hood and see if there are any nasty surprises:
Minimum deposits are €20 and €50, respectively
Maximum win is €1,000 for each part
Free spins are awarded in batches of 20 over 5 days
Free spins are valid on Aztec Magic from Bgaming
Max bet while using bonus is €5
Bonus lifetime is 5 days for each part
Wagering requirement is 40x
Game weighing applies to wagering – slots (except specifically excluded titles) contribute 100%, table games and video poker contribute 5% excluding roulette, which contributes 0%.
40x wagering is about average for today’s crypto casino bonuses, while the 5-day limit is a bit tighter than I’d like to see. The rest of the terms seem pretty standard stuff. Not fantastic, but not bad either – exactly what I’d expect from a Dama crypto casino. One thing I would note is that the terms and conditions are clearly written and easily accessible – so well done to the RocketPlay crew for that.
Overall, if you are confident you can meet the wagering requirements without breaking a sweat, then go for it. But remember, it can be better to refuse bonuses and simply play with your own real crypto.

Getting your account up and running at Rocket Play casino is simple enough – but there’s only one option, email. No crypto wallet connections, no third party options like Google or Discord. Definitely not a Web3 casino.
Tap “Sign up”, enter your email, set a strong password, select your country and currency, then confirm you’re 18+ and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Finally, set your marketing preference and tap “Sign up”.

Important: Although no KYC is required when opening an account, you will be required to provide official ID before making your first withdrawal (from late 2025, all Curacao-licensed casinos are required to). As per the license requirements, RocketPlay casino specifically prohibits players from numerous jurisdictions, including the US and UK. If you play using a VPN from a banned location, you probably won’t be able to withdraw.

Payments
Rocket Play casino supports a limited range of major cryptocurrencies, but if you’re looking for a casino that accepts memecoins and privacy coins, this isn’t the place. Also, I have to say, RocketPlay has one of the clunkiest wallet/cashiers I’ve ever seen at a crypto casino.
Crypto Deposits & Withdrawals:
To make a crypto deposit, tap the yellow “Deposit” button to open your Cashbox. Select your preferred currency (click the yellow currency identifier, e.g. “USDT”). Then set the amount you want to deposit and tap “Next”. Then tap “Next” again. If applicable, select the appropriate network, and you will be provided with a private depositing address in both QR code and text formats.

To withdraw crypto, open your Cashbox (you can find it under your profile), then tap “Withdraw.” Select the appropriate balance and enter how much you want to transfer. Tap “Next”, and then “Next” again. Confirm your withdrawal amount, again, select the network if appropriate, and paste in your destination wallet address. If everything looks fine, tap “Withdraw”.

CoinBets.com Tip: Always double-check crypto wallet addresses after pasting them – you don’t want to fall victim to ‘PasteJacking’. This is when hackers exploit the copy-paste function to change wallet addresses to steal funds.
Rocketplay also supports fiat options including Visa and Mastercard, KLUWP, inpay, bank transfer, Zimpler, Neosurf, MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller, paysafecard, iDebit, InstaDebit, CashtoCode, ecoPayz, MuchBetter, Interac, FlexePin, and Volt.
Buying Crypto
Unlike the best crypto casinos, RocketPlay.com doesn’t give you the option to purchase crypto via third-parties like MoonPay or Changelly.
Game Selection
At the time of writing this RocketPlay review, the platform offered over 6,000 casino games of all types from more than 80 providers. The casino is reasonably well organized with the ability to sort games by provider, volatility, features including bonus buy and megaways, and even themes. Overall, things feel clean and uncluttered – though the rapidly scrolling “winners” display is extremely annoying.

Casual games
As usual, slots make up the vast bulk of this crypto casino’s games catalog. At the time of writing, the most popular slots at Rocket Play casino included Elvis Frog in Vegas from BGaming, Buffalo Space Grandways from Gamebeat, and Gold Nugget Rush – Hold & Win from BetSoft. Of course, Pragmatic Play slots like Gates of Olympus Super Scatter and Sugar Rush 1000 were also up there.
Megaways fans will be happy here, with a dedicated category and slots like Zombie School Megaways from Pragmatic, Rich Leprechaun Megaways from Thunderspin, and Cop the Lot Megaways Power Play from Blueprint. However, there’s no jackpot filter, so you’ll need to use the search function if you’re looking for progressive jackpot slots.

Elvis Frog in Vegas (BGaming)

Elvis Frog in Vegas from BGaming sees an even slimier version of The King of Rock and Roll hit The Strip to entertain the crowds with his, erm, “unique” vocal talents. As you can probably tell, I’m not keen on Elvis or frogs… but this was ranking as the most popular slot at Rocket Casino, so I’m taking one for the team.

As for tech specs, this slot has a medium-high volatility rating, a theoretical RTP of 96%, 25 betways, and a maximum win of 2,500x your bet. So, very much middle of the road. The graphics and soundtrack are well done – if you like frogs and Elvis. I don’t.
Features? Well, there’s the free spins bonus game, Hold and Win, a Mega Symbol, scatters, wilds, and a risk/gamble game allowing you to double wins. So, it does offer decent playability.
But did the King of amphibian rock bring me luck? Nope. After 50 real crypto spins, I’d racked up a real RTP of just 84.8%. Not disastrous, but hardly anything to sing about.
Gold Nugget Rush: Hold & Win (Betsoft)

Gold Nugget Rush: Hold & Win from Betsoft is yet another mining themed slot. But, I don’t play Betsoft games very often, and this was ranked second most popular at RocketPlay, so I figured I’d give it a few spins. And, to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised.
The game has some real energy to it, and the graphics and soundtrack are pretty good. As for tech specs? It’s rated as highly volatile, has a theoretical RTP of 96.03%, 25 betways, and a maximum win of a very respectable 12,395x your bet.

Features? Lots. There’s the free spins bonus game, substitution symbols, fixed jackpots, multipliers, random multipliers, mystery symbols, scatters, wilds, and of course, Hold & Win.
And did I strike gold? Yep. A small seam at least. After 50 spins I’d managed to achieve a 160.4% RTP. Not bad. Probably worth heading down the mine again soon.
Buffalo Space Grandways (Gamebeat)

Another top ranked slot at Rocket Play was Buffalo Space Grandways – an ‘exclusive’ from Gamebeat. It appears to be a reskinned version of Buffalo Dale Grand Ways, which was released back in January 2023. As the name suggests, it’s themed around animals from the wild western frontier of America – buffalos, bears, wolves, mountain lions and such.
The graphics are so-so, but there are some nice touches, like the shaking reels as the buffalos stampede. In terms of technical specs, it’s highly volatile, has a theoretical RTP of 96.19%, 1024 betways, and max potential win of 7,680x your bet. Features include a free spins bonus game, multipliers and a wild.
Unfortunately, my time out west was a disaster. After 50 x 1 USDT spins, I only managed to round up 9.65 USDT. That’s a derisory real RTP of just 19.3%. Ouch.
In common with other Dama casinos, RocketPlay has a specific crash games category. Although, really it’s an “instant win” or “casual games” category, also containing games like plinko, hilo and mines. But still, it makes finding crash games like RocketX from Turbo Games, Chicken Road from InOut, and Aviator from Spribe very easy.
However, to find scratch cards, you’ll need to use the search function again. Still, there’s a modest choice of games, including the Scratch Alpaca series from BGaming, Gold Rush Scratch from Playtech, and Piggy Bank Scratch from Belatra.

The RocketPlay live casino is exceptionally well organized compared to most crypto casinos. The lobby is clean and uncluttered (except for that damned winners display). Most importantly, there are easily accessible sections for live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and poker. It sounds obvious enough, but so many casinos lack this.
Unsurprisingly, you’ll find live dealer gamers from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, but there’s also Iconic21, Winfinity, Enjoy Gaming, Lucky Streak, Platipus Live, Ezugi, Live Solutions, Playtech, and Vivo Gaming – so there’s plenty of variety here.
When it comes to live game shows, there’s a dedicated lobby and you’ll find all the big hits like Mega Wheel, Crazy Time, Sweet Bonanza Candyland, and Dream Catcher.

Unfortunately, the tight organization disappears when it comes to RNG-based table games. There’s no category or filter, so you’ll need to use the search function. Still, if you’ve got the patience, you’ll find games like American Roulette and European Roulette from TrueLab, All Bets Blackjack from Playtech, Baccarat from NetEnt, and Video Poker 3 in 1 from Mascot Gaming.

Likewise, bingo and keno fans will need to manually search. There are over 30 bingo games available, from providers including Games Global, Reevo, and Tada Gaming – but, unusually, no Caleta. The keno lineup is limited to just 10 games.

-
Testing transparency and randomness
In common with many Dama casinos, there are no in-house provably fair originals here at RocketPlay casino. Even so, there are plenty from third party providers. You’ll find many of them in the Crash Games and Crypto Games categories.
In addition to the crash titles already mentioned, provably fair game options at RocketPlay.com include Trader and Balloon from Spribe, Panda Bao and Dice Thrice from Turbo Games, and Twist and Coin Flip from InOut.
Wondering what it’s all about? Check out the CoinBets Introduction to Provably Fair Gaming.

In common with the best crypto gambling platforms, Rocket Play also boasts a sportsbook. It offers a vast range of standard and live sports betting – on everything from football and water polo, to tennis and basketball. Additionally, esports betting is available on disciplines including Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, eCricket, King of Glory, and League of Legends.

Rewards, rakeback, and VIP perks
Complementing the Rocket Play casino welcome bonus are a bunch of other promos for existing players. At the time of writing this review, they included:
Friday Reload Bonus – Deposit at least €20 to get free spins
Sunday Bonus – Get a 50% deposit bonus up to €200
Midweek Freebet – Make a deposit on Wednesday to get a free sports bet worth €5
Highroller Bonus – After 2 deposits, if you deposit at least €200, you can enter the promo code HIGHROLLER to get a 50% bonus
Tournaments – Compete in various live casino and slots tournaments to win cash prizes worth thousands
Special Activities – Complete missions to get free spins, bonus money, and real cash rewards

Just to make things complicated, there’s both a standard Rocket Play loyalty program, and a specific VIP club.
So, starting with the standard loyalty scheme. You’ll earn 1 comp point (CP) for every €20 of real money you bet. As you earn, you’ll gradually progress through a total of 12 levels, with each giving you more cashback and free spins.

The RocketPlay VIP Club consists of 6-tiers and offers perks including dedicated VIP managers, flexible payout limits, daily deposit insurance, birthday gifts, weekly cashback, and private club events. Ranking is based on wagering, and VIP status is valid for one calendar quarter – during which time you can increase your status but not lose it.
You’ll start earning rewards from the second tier (Bronze). Progression is based on your cash-in and total bets. However, the only readily available info on this stated you need to “reach a total cash-in of EUR €6,000 and total bets of €60,000 within a quarter” to get to VIP Bronze. You’re going to need to deposit and wager quite a lot to get anywhere.

In common with other Dama casinos, RocketPlay offers 24/7 live chat support – initially via the RocketPlay AI Assistant, although you can ask to chat with a human. Alternatively, you can contact the RocketPlay help desk via email at support@rocketplay.com.
There’s also a useful FAQ section which can answer the most common questions. There is a Rocket Play blog too – though in reality this is just SEO garbage and plugs for other Dama casinos rather than anything truly useful.
You can also follow and connect with RocketPlay via social media including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp.

RocketPlay casino is relatively clean and simple, making for a smooth, low-stress user experience. Sign-up is simple and navigation is intuitive. However, as previously mentioned, the crypto cashbox is a bit on the clunky side. Mind you, it’s nothing major and works well enough.
Most importantly, once you’re logged in, all the terms and conditions are readily accessible and clearly written. Useful responsible gambling tools are also available in your account under the “Limits” section. These include the ability to set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, a cooling-off limit, and of course, self-exclusion.

In addition to English, Rocket Play casino is also available in the following languages:

Apparently, the Rocketplay.com was previously available in Spanish too, but that no longer seems to be an option.
There is a Rocket Play casino mobile app available for download via the website. However, other than the promise of a “smoother, easier experience” there’s literally no information at all provided about it.
Note: There is a “RocketPlay Casino App” in the Google Play store. But, despite using RocketPlay branding, its developer is listed as being in Kazakhstan, and the support email is a gmail address. Probably best to avoid that one.

Dama N.V. the operator of Rocket Casino, owns one of the world’s biggest portfolios of crypto casinos. Brands include Oshi, BitKingz, Playfina, King Billy, and at least 100 others.
So, that’s what RocketPlay casino has to offer, but what are players actually saying about it?
Well, as always, you should take the reviews on other platforms with a pinch of salt. Most are published by highly-biased affiliates with a financial incentive to promote casinos, and even Trustpilot has been compromised by large scale reputation laundering.
But out of interest, here are some ratings at the time of making this RocketPlay casino review:

RocketPlay
Okey dokey then, what’s the verdict on Rocket Play casino? Well, overall, it’s very much a typical Dama N.V. casino – very similar to platforms like Oshi and King Billy. So, if you like those, you’re probably going to like this.
Verdict
Okey dokey then, what’s the verdict on Rocket Play casino? Well, overall, it’s very much a typical Dama N.V. casino – very similar to platforms like Oshi and King Billy. So, if you like those, you’re probably going to like this.
On the plus side, RocketPlay.com is clean, easy-to-use, and offers a good games catalog. Everything, including the all-important terms and conditions, is easy to find and clear enough. As for the bonuses and promos? Decent. Nothing exceptional, but not bad either. Same goes for the loyalty and VIP programs – they aren’t going to make much difference to most players, but if you’re a high roller, they might be rewarding.
However, some things here are disappointing. These include sign-up being email only, limited crypto support, a lack of in-house original games, no tokenization or other Web3 features, and of course, the Curacao license that now seriously limits accessibility.
So, if you’re looking for a simple online casino and sportsbook that also accepts a few major cryptos, and you live in an accepted jurisdiction, Rocket Play might be worth a try. But, it’s definitely not going to satisfy crypto-first gamers looking for cutting-edge features and convenience.
But, that’s just what I think. Have you played at RocketPlay casino recently? If so, why not write a CoinBets review and let our community know your thoughts.
Thanks for reading, and until next time, stay safe and have fun!
