Winna Review

Read Expert Review

Winna.com, which launched in late 2024, is one of the first crypto casinos to operate under the obscure Tobique Gaming Commission license – and yes, thats every bit as sketchy as it sounds. The site offers around 4,600 games, basic sportsbook and esports betting, and a multi-tier VIP program.

But there’s no welcome bonus, no real crypto innovation, and a long list of issues – from a balance-forfeiting inactivity clause (that was removed after we highlighted it in our initial review) to vague terms and trust concerns. So, is Winna really a contender, or just another white-label gamble with a shiny logo? Read the in-depth CoinBets review to find out.

What We Liked
  • Sports and esports betting available

  • In-house provably fair games included

  • Simple wallet and withdrawal process

Red Flags
  • No welcome bonus or real promos

  • Tobique license offers zero real protection

  • Game selection is small and underwhelming

Winna Bonuses

Winna takes a different approach by skipping the usual welcome bonus, offering instead occasional promos and leaderboard rewards. Crypto Casino with Clean Looks but Questionable Trust?

Launched in late 2024, Winna is one of the newest crypto casinos – and one of the first to operate under a Tobique Gaming Commission license. At the time of writing, the casino offered a modest range of slots and live dealer games, plus sports and esports betting.

In this original CoinBets review of Winna casino, I’ll be examining exactly what the platform offers players. I’ll be paying particular attention to bonuses, crypto payments, games, support, the VIP program, and any special features.

So, is this casino really a winner, or is it yet another white label with an exceptionally obscure license? Let’s find out.

  • License and Security
    Casino credentials and player protection
  • Welcome Bonus
    Bonus size, terms, and fairness

License and Security

Casino credentials and player protection

Righty, let’s start by seeing who’s running things at Winna.

image description

Winna is operated by GG Gaming LLC., which is registered in Costa Rica. It is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission.

The site connection is secure and the security certificate is valid

I know, “where the heck is Tobique?”

Tobique First Nation is a tribal reserve in New Brunswick, Canada, with a population of less than 2,000 people. It’s one of the newest gaming licenses around, and looks to be the handiwork of the same agents behind the Anjouan license (even the certificate is virtually identical – you’d have thought they’d at least change the colors!). So, what protection does a TGC license offer? About as much as an umbrella made of tissue paper.

Welcome Bonus

Bonus size, terms, and fairness

At the time of writing this Winna crypto casino review, the platform didn’t offer a welcome bonus.

Opening a New Account

Sign-up speed and steps

Getting a new player account up and running at Winna crypto casino is quick and easy, but the only sign-up option is email. There’s no third-party login via Google or Discord, and no option to connect a Web3 crypto wallet.

Choose a username, enter your email address, and choose a strong password. Confirm you agree to the Terms of Service and are over 18, and click “Sign up.”

Important: Prohibited Jurisdictions and KYC

While Winna will let you sign up, deposit, and play from pretty much anywhere without going through KYC, players from many jurisdictions are prohibited. These include: New Brunswick and Ontario (Canada), Germany, Israel, the Netherlands, Russia, Spain, the UK, the USA, and others.

However, you may need to verify your identity before you can withdraw. Indeed, the Winna.com Terms and Conditions include several points that make this very clear. Specifically:

5.2 You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Winna.com reserves the right to request verification documents, including identity, address, and payment method.

6.1 Winna.com complies with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws. We may request identity verification at any time.

6.2 We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals or block accounts pending verification. False or misleading information may result in permanent closure and funds forfeiture.

8.5 Large withdrawals (€2,000 or equivalent) may be subject to enhanced verification. Multiple withdrawals within 24 hours may incur a processing fee.

Wondering why I’m making such a big deal of this? Its because a Winna representative actually contacted CoinBets claiming our review was inaccurate and asking us to remove this information. Regarding KYC/identity verification, they claimed “We do not ask for KYC for withdrawals like you mention in your article” and “We process over 99% of all withdrawals instantly without any additional checks.”

I guess they don’t understand that CoinBets isn’t an affiliate. We are stating the facts.

Payments

Winna supports a small range of popular cryptocurrencies for deposits and withdrawals.

WARNING: The Winna terms state, “Accounts inactive for 6 months may be closed. Remaining balances may be forfeited or retained by Winna.” Yep, don’t play at this crypto casino for a few months, and they will steal your funds. Nice.

Crypto Deposits & Withdrawals:

Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)
USDT Tether (USDT)
USDC (USDC)
Solana (SOL)
TRON (TRX)
Dogecoin (DOGE)
Toncoin (TON)
XRP (Ripple)
Litecoin (LTC)
Binance Coin (BNB)
Dai (DAI)

To make a crypto deposit, click the blue “Wallet” tab and then “Deposit”. Select your cryptocurrency (and network if applicable), and you’ll be given a unique deposit address in text and QR code formats.

To withdraw crypto, go to “Wallet” and select “Withdrawal.” Choose the crypto and network (if applicable), enter the address of the wallet you want to withdraw to, and state the amount you want to transfer. The estimated transaction fee will be displayed. If it all looks acceptable, click “Withdrawal.”

Note: Winner.com enforces a $5,000 daily withdrawal limit.

CoinBets.com Tip: Always double-check crypto wallet addresses after pasting them – you don’t want to fall victim to ‘PasteJacking’. This is when hackers exploit the copy-paste function to change wallet addresses to steal funds.

 Game Selection

At the time of writing this Winna review, the casino offered over 4,500 casino games of all types from around 60 providers. That’s an improvement since launching, but still definitely on the low side compared to many. In terms of organization, the lobby has some basic categories and filters but lacks the granular filters that make browsing easy (features, theme, RTP, volatility, etc.).

  • Slots
    Game variety
  • Crash & Instant Wins
    Fast gameplay
  • Live Casino
    Dealer quality
  • Table Games and Video Poker
    Classic tables
  • Bingo
    Casual games

Slots

Game variety

As you’d expect, slots form the bulk of the Winna casino games portfolio, with over 4,400 games. Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, and Hacksaw Gaming dominate the line-up, but you’ll also find titles from studios like Play’n GO, Thunderkick, AvatarUX, and NetEnt. The most popular slots at the time of reviewing were, predictably, Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Big Bass Bonanza 1000, Fire Stampede, and Sugar Rush 1000 – like I said, Pragmatic dominates here.

Payline fanatics will be pleased to see a decent range of Megaways slots, including Madame Destiny Megaways, Zillard King Megaways, and Buffalo King Megaways. Fans of jackpot slots will, however, be disappointed, with hardly any available, and certainly none of the big progressive jackpot games.

CoinBets Experience

Spinman (Hacksaw Gaming)

The first game I played at Winna casino was Spinman from Hacksaw Gaming – a superhero-themed 5×4 job with 14 paylines, expanding Wild Justice Reels, plus Booster Wheel multipliers of up to 500x. And, of course, 3 bonus rounds. As for the technicals? The official RTP is a very middle-of-the-road 96.23%, it’s rated as highly volatile, and the maximum win is a respectable 10,000x your bet.

So, what did I think of it? Well, if I’m totally honest, I was a bit disappointed. Normally, I love the feel of Hacksaw slots – the graphics, the sounds, the general atmosphere. But Spinman fell a bit flat. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad, it just lacks the magic that many Hacksaw titles have. And as for my results? Well, after wagering 50 USDT, I only managed to win back 17.80 – making for a lame 35.6% real RTP

Overall, definitely not one of my favorite Hacksaw slots.

Fire Stampede: Connect & Collect (Pragmatic Play)

Next up, I hit Fire Stampede from Pragmatic Play (well, actually from Pragmatic’s partner, Wild Streak Gaming). It’s the follow-up to Firebird Spirit – the first Connect & Collect release – and, in truth, it feels very similar. Its western theme with its flaming bison, sheriffs’ badges, cactus, and eagles is extremely cliche and looks a little tired.

However, Fire Stampede does pack 3 jackpots (paying 25x, 200x, or 4,000x your stake), repsins on reel 3, a Money Value cash prize (between 2x and 800x your stake), wilds, and free spins, plus an unusual random grand prize that can be won at the end of any base game spin. So, there’s a lot going on here. The theoretical RTP of this slot is 96%, it’s rated as highly volatile, and the maximum win is a rather modest 4,275x your bet.

But my experience out west wasn’t very memorable. After betting 50 USDT, I’d managed to win back a very mediocre 45 USDT, giving a real RTP of 90%

I don’t think I’ll be coming back to Fire Stampede any time soon

Crash & Instant Wins

Fast gameplay

Unfortunately, Winna is one of those highly annoying casinos that don’t deem crash games and other instant wins worthy of a category. There are some crash titles available, for example, AviaMasters from BGaming, but you’ll have to search for them by name or provider.

When it comes to other types of instant wins, like digital scratch cards, again, they are available, but you’ll have to search by title or provider. For instance, there’s a good range of Hacksaw scratchcards, like Mini Scratchy, Happy Scratch, and Tiger Scratch.

Live Casino

Dealer quality

Winna has added a “Live Casino” lobby at last. And with around 120 blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and dice games in total, the choice is decent. Games are mostly from Evolution, with a few tables from Pragmatic Play Live and Live88 thrown in for good measure.

Live game shows get their own section here at Winna. In it, you’ll find a decent selection of hits from Evolution and Pragmatic, like Crazy Time, Crazy Coin Flip, and Sweet Bonanza Candyland.

Table Games and Video Poker

Classic tables

If you’re looking for RNG-based table games at Winna, head to the “Table Games” category. There, mixed in with live dealer games (despite those having their own category), you’ll find a handful of blackjack and roulette games from providers like GameArt, TrueLab, and OneTouch. There are also a few first person table games from Evolution.

Bingo

Casual games

The bingo lineup at Winna crypto casino is disappointing, with just 3 games at the time of writing – all from Play’n GO. The choice of keno is just as underwhelming, with only a Winna “original” and a game from Play’n GO to choose from.

Provably Fair Games

Testing transparency and randomness

Although you won’t find any provably fair games fromTurbo Games, or InOut here, Winna does offer 10 provably fair originals. The range is predictable: Pepe Tower, Limbo, Keno, Coinflip, Dice, Plinko, Mines, Twenty One, Blackjack, and Hilo.
For more on how this works, be sure to check out the CoinBets Introduction to Provably Fair Gaming.

CoinBets Challenge: Can Plinko Save the Day?

Our real-money gameplay results

After getting crushed on the slots at Winna, I was hoping to turn things around with one of the casino’s in-house originals – namely, Plinko. Now, there’s not much to say about this provably fair game – it’s virtually identical to the “original” Plinko games at every other crypto casino. The provably fair verification system is neater and more user-friendly than at many casinos, but that’s about the only thing that stands out.

Anyway, to the CoinBets Challenge – again, I decided to keep things simple. The goal was just to turn a profit – something I hadn’t managed at Winna so far. And even though I’d got a limited bankroll left, I didn’t have the patience to play it safe and grind with the low-risk game. So, as a compromise, I set up 50 x 0.50 USDT bets, but set it to 16 rows on high risk.

And what happened? Well, nothing good. After betting a total of 25 USDT, I’d only clawed back 16 USDT, making a real RTP of just 64%

Winna definitely wasn’t winning for me.

Sportsbook

In common with the best crypto casinos, Winna also offers sports betting. Both standard and live betting are offered on traditional sports like tennis, soccer, baseball, and ice hockey. Additionally, esports betting is available on disciplines including Counter-Strike, Dota 2, Valorant, and League of Legends.

Promotional Offers

Current bonuses and real value

At the time of producing this Winna casino review, it appeared the platform was running absolutely no promotional offers at all. Yep, there’s no “promotions” section in the lobby. However, a couple of promos were featured on the carousel.

Winna Series of Poker – A $50K, high-stakes, invite-only poker tournament. You’ll need to wager $25K in a month to qualify, and can get double the starting chip stack if you wager $

The 100x Hunt – Hit 100x multipliers in as many Winna Originals as possible for a chance of winning $10K in “real bonus cash”.

Loyalty Program & VIP Club

Rewards, rakeback, and VIP perks

Winna does, however, offer a VIP program. In fact, it makes quite the song and dance about it, offering a VIP transfer option.

The loyalty/VIP scheme at Winna features 6 tiers, each with 5 levels, with your status dependent on how much you’ve wagered. The main reward comes in the form of rakeback and monthly bonuses, but higher tiers also get additional perks.

Player Support

Quality and Speed

Winna casino provides 24/7 player support via live chat and email (support@winnna.com). There’s also a useful Help section with answers to common questions.

Additionally, you can follow and connect with Winna via social media platforms including Telegram, Reddit, X (Twitter), and Discord.

User Experience & Website Design

Navigation, layout, and performance

Visually, Winna looks like a thousand other crypto casinos. If anything, it’s a little more bare-boned than most – but that’s probably because it hasn’t been around long. Still, it’s easy enough to use and navigate, and most things seem to work – though we did have one NoLimit City slot crash on us.

Unfortunately, while Winna makes overtones about responsible gambling – there’s a page linked in the footer, and a “Winna Cares” section accessible from “Settings” – there aren’t actually any safer gambling tools provided. Yes, you can request self-exclusion, but you can’t set deposit, loss, or time limits.

In terms of international accessibility, at the time of writing this Winna review, the platform was only available in English.

Mobile apps

Gameplay and usability on mobile

No dedicated Winner casino mobile app is available for Android, iOS, or Windows. However, the website has been optimized for mobile browsers, so it is perfectly usable on smartphones and tablets.

Overall Reputation

As always, I’ll preface this section by saying it’s incredibly difficult to judge a crypto casino’s reputation these days. Most of the reviews out there are either published by affiliates with a financial interest in promoting casinos or are fake reviews designed to manipulate ratings.

Heck, that’s why we set up CoinBets in the first place — to give you a source for legit casino reviews. But, out of interest, here’s how some popular casino review platforms rated Winna.com:

PlatformOverall RatingNotes
4.3 ExcellentBased on 624 reviews
Overall: 7.7/10
Safety Index: Fresh Casino
User Feedback: Good
Based on 10 user reviews
Overall: 3.1/5
Verdict: Doubtful Casino

I would note that many of the Trustpilot reviews bear all the hallmarks of reputation laundering. Indeed, based on the few reviews that do seem legitimate, I’d say there are serious questions about the integrity of Winna. Still, we do have to keep in mind that the casino hasn’t been around for long, so we should give it some time to prove itself.

Winna

Winna looks neat with basic games and VIP perks, but a Costa Rica base, Tobique license, and shocking fund-seizure terms (now deleted) ruin trust.

CoinbetS Expert Review

Verdict

Hmm… Winna. What’s my overall impression? Well, this casino looks neat enough, is easy to use, has some decent games, and the VIP program looks okay.

Buuuuut, there are several major issues.

First up, there’s the fact that the casino offers less choice than many competitors. Yes, the situation has improved, but the choice of games is still relatively limited – especially when it comes to live dealer, table, and crash games. Next up, there’s the dearth of promotional offers. There’s no welcome bonus, and very few other promos for existing players. Then there’s the email-only sign-up, lack of Web3 wallet support, and modest number of supported cryptos.

Additionally, there’s the absence of practical responsible gambling tools. Then there’s the lack of features. There’s nothing interesting going on here in terms of tokenization – or anything really crypto-centric. And, there’s the questionable Tobique gaming license and the fact that the business is based in Costa Rica. Neither of these things inspires confidence.

However, the biggest red flag of all is the completely egregious clause that was previously included in the Terms and Conditions. Specifically, that the casino could confiscate player funds if an account had been inactive for just 6 months. True, by late 2025, this clause had been removed, but the fact that the clearly did think it was acceptable to confiscate player funds if an account has been inactive for just 6 months is shocking.

If for some unfathomable reason you do feel the need to try Winna, tread cautiously. Keep your balance low and make frequent small withdrawals.

But that’s just what I think. How about you? Have you played at Winna casino? If so, why not write your own CoinBets review and share your thoughts with our fantastic community?

Thanks for reading, and until next time, stay safe and may the RTP be with you!

The Facts You Need

Crypto Casinos: The Truth Behind the Hype

Most crypto casino review platforms and guides are written by affiliates who earn up to 50% of your losses at the casino. They’re financially incentivized to push the casinos that pay them the most, not the ones that treat players fairly. That’s why you’ll rarely see them warn you about slow withdrawals, unfair terms, or dodgy licenses.

CoinBets is different. We don’t take casino money. We deposit and play with our own funds, then report exactly what we find, the good, the bad, and the scams.

Crypto casinos can be fun and convenient, but they’re not all created equal. Licensing quality, withdrawal speed, bonus terms, and game fairness vary wildly from site to site. Some operate under weak offshore regulators with zero player protection. Others bury restrictive terms that can void your winnings. And in the worst cases? Rigged games, frozen accounts, and unpaid withdrawals.

Our goal is simple: help you spot the red flags before you deposit. That’s why our database lists licensing details, RTP info, payment terms, and verified user reviews so you can make an informed decision, not a hopeful gamble.

But we can’t do it alone. We need players like you to help arm CoinBets with a vault of verified reviews. The more real, documented player experiences we have, the easier it is to hold dodgy crypto casinos accountable and warn others before they lose money. If you’ve played, share your story — together we can make the crypto gambling space safer for everyone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • What makes a crypto casino trustworthy?

A legitimate license from a regulator with actual enforcement power, transparent terms, fast withdrawals, provably fair games, and a clean track record of paying players without drama.

  • Are unlicensed crypto casinos always scams?

Not always, but you’re gambling with zero safety net. If they refuse to pay you, there’s no regulator to step in. That’s why we flag licensing in every review.

  • What’s “provably fair” and why does it matter?

It’s a cryptographic system that lets you verify game results weren’t manipulated. In plain English: you can prove you weren’t cheated. Without it, you’re trusting the casino’s word.

  • Why are bonuses often a bad deal?

Because the fine print can make them nearly impossible to cash out, with wagering requirements, game restrictions, and withdrawal caps. Our database lists these terms so you can spot the traps.

  • How fast should a crypto casino pay out?

Top-tier sites pay within minutes to a few hours. If withdrawals drag on for days without clear reasons, that’s a red flag.

  • How does CoinBets stay unbiased?

We don’t take affiliate deals or casino funding. We play and test with our own crypto, track every interaction, and publish the results – even when casinos hate it.
