Duelbits Crypto Casino Review 2025 – Real Crypto, No Sponsors
Duelbits
$1242 We Bet Real Money
14 Hours Real Testing

Big on Branding and VIP Perks, But a Few Important Features Let It Down

Since launching in 2020, Duelbits has become one of the best-known crypto casinos – thanks in large part to partnerships with the likes of 5-time MMA world champion Conor McGregor. Today, Duelbits offers thousands of slots, instant, live, and provably fair games, plus esports and sports betting.

In this original CoinBets Duelbits crypto casino review, I’ll be checking out the welcome bonus, payment options, games, loyalty program, support, special features, and more. To do this, as always, I’ll be opening a Duelbits account and depositing real crypto. So, keep reading to see if Duelbits is the champion of crypto gambling platforms.

License and Security

Before we get to the fun and games, let’s check out Duelbit’s credentials.

To make a crypto deposit, navigate to “Cashier”, then select “Deposit.” Choose your crypto and network (if applicable), and then enter how much you’d like to deposit. You will be provided with your unique Duelbits deposit wallet address in the form of an alphanumeric string and QR code.

To withdraw crypto, go to “Cashier” and select “Withdraw.” Choose the crypto and network (if applicable), enter the address of the wallet you want to withdraw to and state the amount you want to transfer. The estimated transaction fee will be displayed. If it all looks good, click “Submit Withdrawal.”

CoinBets.com Tip: Always double-check crypto wallet addresses after pasting them – you don’t want to fall victim to ‘PasteJacking’. This is when hackers exploit the copy-paste function to change wallet addresses to steal funds.

Duelbits also supports fiat options including Trustly, Neosurf, Revolut, and PayDo, plus via bank transfer and Duelbits gift cards. Simply select “Card Payments” and follow the prompts.

Buying Crypto

Like many of the best crypto casinos, Duelbits enables you to purchase popular cryptos on-site via an integration with a DEX – in this case, Changelly. To buy crypto, just navigate to “Cashier”, click “Buy Crypto”, choose your desired crypto, and enter how much you’d like to purchase. Check the box to agree with the Changelly Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then click “Buy instantly” and follow the prompts.

Game Selection

At the time of creating this Duelbits crypto casino review, the platform offered around 5,000 games of all types, from more than 60 providers, plus a handful of in-house originals. Although there is a search function and you can sort by provider, there are few other filtering options, making browsing quite frustrating. On the plus side, the official RTP of every game is readily displayed by moving your cursor over the thumbnails.

Slots

Slots make up the bulk of the Duelbits online casino games catalog, with almost 4,700 titles available. These range from contemporary hits like Sweet Bonanza from Pragmatic Play, Wanted Dead or a Wild by Hacksaw, and Outsourced from NoLimit City to all-time classics like Starburst from NetEnt and Immortal Romance from Microgaming.

There are progressive jackpot slots available, including record-breaking Mega Moolah titles, but there’s no dedicated category or filter, so you’ll need to search for them. The same is true for Megaways slots – of which there are nearly 150 games available, but no category or filter.

Punk Rocker 2 (NoLimit City)

One of the most popular slots at Duelbits at the time of writing this review, Punk Rocker 2 is the sequel to one of NoLimit City’s biggest hits. Only this time, instead of being set in England, the action moves across the pond to New York City. As to be expected from NoLimit, it’s an intense, extremely volatile slot packed with novel mechanics like Xways and Xbet, plus a bonus mode. The chaotic gameplay suits the theme well, while the production values are very high – as we’ve come to expect from this provider.

In terms of sheer winning potential, Punk Rocker 2 offers payouts of up to 30,144x a $100 bet – though the probability of a maximum win is just 1 in 7 million – so don’t hold your breath. As I mentioned, it’s also exteeeeeemely volatile, with a hit frequency of 20.82% and free spins only being triggered, on average, every 1 in 255 rounds. So, it wasn’t a surprise that after playing 31 $1 rounds I’d only won a meager $1.80 and lost $29.20. Ouch.

But, in reality, you can’t judge a game like this unless you play at least a few hundred rounds. In fact, the official theoretical RTP is a pretty solid 96.01%. And anyway, you don’t play NoLimit City slots to be safe, and they are always some of the best if you’re in the mood for crazy action.

Crash & Instant Wins

Other than the Duelbits in-house crash game, I couldn’t find any third-party crash games at all. There’s no crash category, no crash filter, and searching for “crash” brought up nothing. The same goes for most other instant win-type games too. For example, there is a modest selection of in-house Duelbits scratch cards, but only a handful from other providers like Hacksaw and Bgaming.

Scratch Cards (Duelbits)

While there aren’t many third-party scratch cards available here, there are 18 Duelbits originals, including Blockchain Breakthrough, Bitcoin Bonanza, Blackjack Blast, Poker Showdown, Lucky 7’s, Casino Nights, Baccarat Blitz, Roulette Rumble, Football Scratch Card, several festive cards, and a couple of Conor McGregor-themed options.

Card prices range from $1 to $15, while top prizes go from $10,000 to $250,000 depending on the card. The overall theoretical RTP for these scratchcards is stated as 95%, but unfortunately, despite trying several, I didn’t win anything. Oh well, there’s always next time.

Live Casino

With just under 200 live dealer games from Pragmatic Play and Evolution available, the Duelbits live offering is fair, if lacking in variety of providers. Again, browsing can be frustrating because filters are only provided for blackjack and roulette. Still, you can also find variants of baccarat, craps, sic bo, and poker, along with live game shows like Crazy Time and Sweet Bonanza Candyland.

Table Games and Video Poker

The selection of RNG (Random Number Generator) based table games at Duelbits casino is disappointing. Yet again, there’s no dedicated category, so browsing is annoying. However, searching will turn up just 3 video roulette games, 2 video blackjack games, and a handful of video poker options from providers like Voltent.

ico-grid-3x3-gap-fill

Bingo

Unsurprisingly, the video bingo and keno offerings at Duelbits are also poor, with just 3 of the former and 1 of the latter available.

Provably Fair Games

The only provably fair games here seem to be the dozen Duelbits original games. These consist of Hi Lo, Keno, Blackjack, Crash, Dice, Mines, Plinko, Roulette, Scratch Cards, Duelbits Lottery, Duel Poker, and Dice Duels. Apparently, more Duelbits originals are “coming soon”, but for now at least, the line-up is unremarkable.

If you’d like to learn more about provably fair gaming, be sure to read the CoinBets Introduction to Provably Fair Gaming.

Instant Lottery (Duelbits)

One of the more unusual Duelbits original games is the provably fair instant lottery. It works very much like a traditional lotto but draws happen every 5 minutes. There’s a $50K jackpot and tickets only cost $0.20 each, so I figured it was worth a bet. You can either pick your numbers manually (5 standard + a bonus ball), or use the automatic option – something you’ll definitely need if you intend on buying more than a few tickets.

The theoretical RTP of the Duelbits instant lottery is 85%, but despite buying 51 tickets, I didn’t win anything. Still, that’s to be expected with a lottery, especially when individual tickets are so cheap. Despite not winning, it’s quite a fun game – you don’t have to wait long for draws, the animated balls give it an authentic lottery feel, and of course, you can easily verify the results.

CoinBets Challenge: Duelbits Crash to the Rescue?

With slots, scratch cards, and the lottery failing to deliver any decent wins, I decided to run a little CoinBets Challenge on Duelbits’ original crash game, creatively called “Crash.” Specifically, my balance now stood at $50.58, and I wanted to see if I could get it back over $100 – so I’d at least break even at the end of this Duelbits review.

Now, there’s nothing particularly special about this game – it features a cartoon-style rocket blasting off into space, and you can set auto cashout for a specific multiplier, or bail manually. I started with $1 bets and aimed for the 50x multiplier, but soon adjusted to $2.50 bets and a target 25x multiplier. My thinking was if I could just land one win, I’d then have some more flexibility to grind my way back past the $100 mark.

Unfortunately, my run of bad luck continued, and despite this game having a theoretical 95% RTP, I failed to get a single win. At one point, with just $6.83 left, the multiplier got close to the cash-out target, reaching 21.12% before the rocket exploded – but, when it comes to crash games, close isn’t good enough.

Sportsbook

Like all the best crypto casinos, Duelbits also has a fully loaded sportsbook, offering both standard and live betting. You’ll find all the mainstream sports like soccer, tennis, basketball, MMA, ice hockey, baseball, and racing, plus fantasy sports.

Esports betting is also available for disciplines including CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, and Valorant

Promotions

Alongside the Duelbits welcome bonus, existing players can take advantage of a busy schedule of casino tournaments and promos. Of course, they are constantly changing, but to give you an idea of what to expect, at the time of writing this Duelbits review, the following were running:

  • St. Patrick’s Day – Special seasonal tournaments, reload bonuses, rakeback boosts, and giveaways.
  • Daily and Weekly Leaderboards – Featuring a $200,000 monthly prize pool and $5,000 daily giveaways.
  • Network Promotions – Duelbits participates in provider promotions, for example, the $150,000 Drops Frenzy Fest from BGaming.

VIP Club

Known as “Ace’s Rewards”, the Duelbits loyalty scheme is a fairly typical multi-tier program. In total, there are 30 tiers (31 including the initial “Rookie” level), each with multiple sub-levels or “milestones.” As you’ve probably guessed, to unlock each milestone and level-up, you’ll need to wager a certain amount.

The Duelbits casino loyalty rewards come in the form of rakeback. According to the VIP program blurb, the “bonus kicks off at 5% and climbs by 0.25 percentage points as you progress through the levels, maxing out at 12.5% when you reach the top tier.”

Here are the main tiers and what you’ll need to wager to unlock them:

  1. Joker: $1,000

Player Support

Duelbits casino provides 24/7 player support via live chat and email (support [at] duelbits [dot] com). There’s also a useful FAQ section with answers to common questions – ranging from setting up 2FA on your account to finding your transaction hash.

You can also connect with Duelbits and the player community on social media platforms including X (Twitter), Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and Discord.

User Experience & Website Design

Duelbits isn’t going to win any awards for design – in fact, visually, it’s yet another cookie-cutter type casino. Literally, if it wasn’t for the logo, you could easily forget which casino you were playing at. Nevertheless, on the whole, the site provides a low-friction, pleasant user experience. Signing up is quick and easy, everything works, and the colors are easy on the eyes.

The thing I found most frustrating at Duelbits was simply the lack of useful filters and categories for the games. Sure, using the search function is fine if you have a specific title in mind, but if you just want to browse by game type, feature, or style, it’s awful. How hard can it be to just add in some filters and categories?

Another issue is the lack of responsible gambling tools. Yes, Duelbits has a page about responsible gambling, but it really doesn’t provide much in the way of educational resources or easy-to-use tools. However, this is a common issue at even the most popular crypto casinos.

To make Duelbits more accessible, the platform is available in several languages besides English, including:

Languages
English
Spanish
German
Portuguese
French
Japanese
Chinese
Chinese
Turkish
Italian

Mobile apps

Because of the restrictions in distributing gambling apps, even the biggest and best crypto casinos often don’t have dedicated mobile apps these days – and Duelbits is one of them. But, the web platform has been optimized for mobile browsers, so you can still enjoy the casino and sportsbook on your smartphone.

Other Interesting Facts

As previously mentioned, Duelbits has a very high-profile partnership with UFC Featherweight and Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor – and the casino makes extensive use of his images across its products. Duelbits also sponsors two female MMA fighters; Invicta Fighting Championship title holder and former World Kickboxing Association champion Angela Hill, and Strawweight division pro fighter Jessica Penne. And, on a less dramatic note, Duelbits also sponsors snooker champion Kyren Wilson.

Also, to capitalize further on the brand awareness fueled by these sponsorships, Duelbits offers a range of merchandise via a dedicated online store.

Overall Reputation

Okay, so that’s what Duelbits has to offer, but what kind of reputation does the platform have? To get an idea, let’s look at some ratings from popular review sites.

PlatformOverall RatingNotes
2.6 Poor(based on 217 reviews)
Overall: 9.6/10Safety Index: Very High
CasinoRank: 5.1 Very GoodPlayer Rating: 2 (4 reviews)
Overall: 4.2/5

As is so often the case, we can see the Trustpilot score is significantly lower than the others. Why is this? Could it be something to do with the fact that Casino Guru, AskGamblers, and TheSpike are all run by affiliates – affiliates who have a strong financial motive to promote casinos? Of course, we can’t know for sure, but I’d recommend taking any affiliate reviews with a pinch of salt. In fact, we’ve got a whole CoinBets guide on this very subject – here it is Spotting Fake or Dodgy Casino Reviews and Marketing Content.

Duelbits

Duelbits has solid branding and smooth payments, but the game variety disappoints, navigation is weak, and substance doesn’t match the hype. A functional crypto casino, but far from impressive.

Verdict

So, what can I say about Duelbits? Well, it’s done a great job of building its brand image through high-profile sponsorships, and it offers a good range of slots and live dealer games. It’s also good to see another casino that has opted to ditch the cynical, unrealistic welcome bonuses that have been all too common until recently. Additionaly, the platform also supports a decent range of cryptos and fiat payments, runs plenty of tournaments, and offers an extensive loyalty and VIP program. And, of course, the KYC-free sign-up is great.

However, there are a few disappointing aspects to Duelbits. First up is one of my pet hates – the lack of adequate categories and filters. I really can’t understand how large casino operators don’t think it’s worth investing in this – it’s such an easy thing to fix and makes a platform so much more user-friendly. Secondly, when you eventually find them, the choice of third-party crash, instant win, and RNG-based table games is very poor. Really, for such a high-profile crypto casino, it has to be the worst line-up I’ve ever seen.

All things considered, I’d say Duelbits is mostly hype over substance. I’m not saying the product is bad per se – rather that the main reason it is so popular is because of its high-profile sponsorships and social marketing more than anything else. Heck, the fact that it’s got a merch store shows the Duelbits marketing team knows what it’s doing! But, the casino itself, it’s “so, so.” Sure, give it a go, but don’t expect anything special.

But, that’s just what I think. How about you? Have you played at Duelbits? If so, why not write a CoinBets review and share your thoughts with the player community?

Thanks for reading, and until next time, stay safe and have fun!
