Duel.com Review

Read Expert Review

Looking for verified Duel user reviews and the in-depth CoinBets expert review? You’re in the right place!

Launched in 2025, Duel positions itself as a no-BS challenger in the crypto casino space, ditching bonuses and VIP schemes in favor of a cleaner, player-first experience. It supports a wide range of cryptocurrencies, offers 5,000+ games, and features provably fair originals with advertised 100% RTP. The platform runs under an Anjouan license with fast, KYC-free signup and a simple, minimal interface.

But does removing bonuses actually make Duel more trustworthy… or just different?

What We Liked
  • No bonuses or VIP traps → cleaner experience, fewer hidden terms

  • Provably fair originals with advertised 100% RTP (low/zero house edge focus)

  • Fast, KYC-free signup with a wide range of supported cryptocurrencies

Red Flags
  • Weak licensing (Anjouan) with limited player protection

  • No responsible gambling tools at all

  • Limited game filters and smaller selection vs top-tier casinos

No Bonuses or VIP Program, but 100% RTP Originals and Lots of Attitude

“The first casino that gives a fuck.” Yep, that’s how Duel describes itself. In fact, it invites users to “join the resistance” too. So, it’s immediately apparent this new crypto casino, launched in 2025, sees itself as a challenger — a disruptor to the whole crypto casino and gambling industry.

But does it really live up to the big words? Well, in this original CoinBets Duel.com casino review, I’m going to find out. I’ll be signing up, wagering real crypto, and checking out all the bonuses, games, rewards, and features. Of course, I’ll also see what other people are saying about this outspoken upstart.

Brace yourself, I’ve got a feeling this one’s going to get interesting!

Welcome Bonus

Bonus size, terms, and fairness

There’s no Duel welcome bonus. In fact, the site has a page titled “Why Bonuses Suck” which opens by saying “Bonuses suck, and if you’re on a crypto casino looking for the best bonuses, you’re probably retarded.”

Well, I’m not sure I’d put it quite like that, but Duel does have a point. Heck, here at CoinBets we’ve got a whole article explaining why most casino bonuses do indeed suck.

Opening a New Account

Sign-up speed and steps

Opening a new player account at Duel is super quick and easy, with several options available:

Tap “Register” then choose a username and set a strong password. Enter your email if you like (really, it’s optional), a referral code if you have one, and then agree with the terms and conditions. Finally, tap “Create Account.”

Sign up with Google

Sign in with Steam

Prohibited Jurisdictions

While signing up with Duel.com casino is KYC free, the platform does prohibit players from many countries, including Germany, Spain, the UAE, the UK, the USA, and others. Remember, if you use a VPN to bypass blocks, it may give the casino an excuse not to pay out winnings, or even confiscate balances.

For tips on dealing with verification, check out the CoinBets guide to navigating KYC at crypto casinos.

Payments

Duel supports deposits and withdrawals in a good range of popular cryptocurrencies. But remember, whichever you use, be sure to keep your crypto secure.

Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)
USDT Tether (USDT)
USDC (USDC)
Solana (SOL)
TRON (TRX)
Dogecoin (DOGE)
Cardano (ADA)
Toncoin (TON)
Avalanche (AVAX)
Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
Hedera (HBAR)
XRP (Ripple)
Litecoin (LTC)
Binance Coin (BNB)
Chainlink (LINK)

To make a crypto deposit at Duel, tap the blue “Wallet” tab, select your crypto from the dropdown list, choose the network (if applicable), and you’ll be given a deposit address in text and QR code format.

Screenshot for a Duel.com casino review showing the crypto deposit interface.

To withdraw crypto from Duel casino, open your wallet, select “Withdraw”, choose the crypto balance you want to withdraw from, and the network (if applicable). Then paste in your withdrawal wallet address and enter the amount you want to cash out. The transaction fee will be stated below. If everything looks good, tap “Withdraw.”

CoinBets.com Tip: Always double-check crypto wallet addresses after pasting them – you don’t want to fall victim to ‘PasteJacking’. This is when hackers exploit the copy-paste function to change wallet addresses to steal funds.

Buying Crypto

Like all the best crypto casinos, Duel also allows you to purchase crypto on-site via integrations with third-party services. To do so, open your wallet, tap “Buy Crypto”, then choose the appropriate fiat and crypto currencies.

Tap “Buy Crypto” again, then choose the provider and fill in your payment details. Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, and PaySafeCard. At the time of writing this Duel.com casino review, the only provider available was Swapped.com.

Game Selection

At the time of writing this Duel.com casino review, the platform offered over 5,000 casino games from around 25 providers. Not the biggest choice by a long shot, but still pretty respectable considering how new the casino is. The game lobbies are clean and simple, but filters are limited to the basics like provider, popular, and new releases.

Note: Duel has a hard daily win limit of $250,000.

Slots

Game variety

As you’d expect, slots form the bulk of the Duel games catalog. And, no surprises, the lobby was dominated by Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, and Nolimit City slots. The most popular titles included Wanted Dead of a Wild, Gates of Olympus 1000, and Duck Hunters. Like I said, no surprises here.

Looking for Megaways slots? There are some, like Big Bass Bonanza Megaways from Pragmatic, Zeus Lightning Megaways from Red Tiger, and Dazzle Me Megaways from NetEnt — but again, the choice is still fairly limited. And again, the lack of categories and filters makes finding jackpot slots a chore.

CoinBets Experience

Dark Spiral (Hacksaw Gaming)

In my opinion, it’s hard to beat Hacksaw slots when it comes to atmospheric graphics and sounds — and Dark Spiral is no exception. To get an idea of what kind of atmosphere, think of a mash up of the movies Ring and Human Centipede. Yep, the slick manga-style graphics are definitely on the macabre side — while the sounds made me wince.

But beyond the visuals and audio, this game actually has quite a lot of depth. The 6×4 grid features special Summoning Symbols that stack more symbols — creating up to 331,776 ways to win

As you’d expect from a recent Hacksaw slot, there’s also multiple bonus games. Shattered Bonus (3 scatters), increases the chance of Summoning symbols. Twisted Bonus makes the Summoning symbols sticky. And finally, the Tortured Hidden Epic Bonus does the same as the others, but guarantees 2 Summoning symbols on the first spin.

If you’re impatient and have deep pockets, you can also buy bonuses — ranging from Bonus Hunt Feature Spins at 3x your stake, to the Twisted bonus round for 200x your stake. In terms of specs, we’re talking a 86.24-96.22% RTP, a max win of 10,000x your bet, and a high volatility rating.

As for my Dark Spiral session? Well, after 50 spins, I’d achieved a miserly 26.4% RTP. Still, this is to be expected with highly volatile slots, and I still enjoyed playing — even if it did put my off my lunch.

Suck (Shady Lady)

After getting rekt by Dark Spiral, I decided to head on over to the diner with Suck from Shady Lady. And to be honest, I wish I hadn’t. If the last slot made me feel icky, this one made me feel like puking. Was it disgusting Tucker or the ‘food’ he was eating? Or maybe it was the ‘Barf Beer’? Or the thought of the bonus round which see’s Tucker go for liposuction at the clinic across the road?

Ok, if you can stomach the grossness, Shady Lady has also done a good job of capturing an, erm, ‘authentic’ atmosphere here. And with cascading symbols, exploding hot sauce bottles, and the previously mentioned liposuction bonus round, this slot has plenty going on.

As for stats, we’re looking at a max win of 20,000x your bet, a theoretical RTP of 92-96.06%, and a high volatility rating. And my evening at the burger joint with Tucker? After 50 splints, I’d achieved a crappy 21.56% real RTP.

Crash & Instant Wins

Fast gameplay

Unfortunately, at the time of writing this Duel.com casino review, there was no crash or instant wins category. Searching did bring up a few crash games, like Aviamasters from BGaming, but the selection was limited.

Of course, there are the Duel Originals — but I’ll cover those in the provably fair games section.

Live Casino

Dealer quality

The Duel live casino is well equipped with hundreds of live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat and dice games. However, despite lots of quality games, the live casino is limited to just Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live offerings.

There are also live game shows like Crazy Time, Monopoly Live from Evolution, and Mega Wheel and Sweet Bonanza Candyland from Pragmatic. And the game shows do get their own category, which makes browsing easier.

Table Games and Video Poker

Classic tables

There’s no dedicated section for RNG-based table games or video poker at Duel. However, using search will serve up a few options. For example, there’s 101 Roulette from Playtech, American Roulette from BGaming, and First Person Video Poker from Evolution.

Bingo

Casual number-based games

Duel definitely isn’t the casino for bingo fans. In fact, a search turned up just one bingo game — Bingo Mania from Pragmatic Play. As for keno? Nothing at all.

Provably Fair Games

Testing transparency and randomness

At the time of creating this Duel.com casino review, there were 9 provably fair originals available: Dice, Blackjack, Plinko, Crash, Mines, Beef, Keno, Castle Roulette, and Video Poker. Which seems pretty average, right? Well, what makes these games interesting is their house edge. It’s zero. Yep, all except for Beef, have an advertised RTP of 100%

The provably fair verification system is also easy to use and provides full access to the active client and server seeds (hashed), nonce, and the ability to rotate and set new seeds.

CoinBets Challenge: Risky Plinko

Our real-money gameplay results

For the Duel.com casino review CoinBets Challenge I decided to play the original Plinko game.

Specifically, I’d do 50 drops on the lowest risk settings with 8 rows, and then try to beat the resulting RTP with 50 drops on the highest risk with 16 rows. The latter gives a max win potential of 1,000x your bet. Yep, it’s a classic challenge I’ve done at many crypto casinos, but it’s always fun.

So, how did I get on?

Well, the 50 low risk rounds gave me an RTP of 90%.

And the 50 high risk rounds served up an RTP of 81.6%.

Ok, so I failed the challenge, but to be honest, I was expecting the high risk rounds to deliver a very low RTP. So, maybe over a few hundred rounds, it would have been a different story.

As for the game itself? Well, let’s face it, if you’ve seen one in-house plinko game, you’ve seen them all. It’s fun, it’s functional.

Sportsbook

Sports and esports betting

In common with the best crypto gambling platforms, Duel also packs a fully-featured sportsbook. There’s pre-match and live sports betting available on everything from soccer and basketball to ice hockey and cricket. Plus, there’s esports betting available on disciplines like Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends, and Valorant.

Promotional Offers

Bonuses, tournaments and special offers

As mentioned earlier, Duel definitely doesn’t do bonuses or promo offers. Fair enough.

Loyalty Program & VIP Club

Rewards, rakeback, and VIP perks

Yep, you’ve guessed it. Duel.com casino doesn’t do a VIP club or rewards program. Instead, it rewards players through offering the lowest house edge possible.

Player Support

Service and information

Duel offers 24/7 player support via live chat. Alternatively, you can email the Duel team on support@duel.com. Other support resources are limited to Help articles about the original games, and a Discord server.

User Experience & Website Design

Navigation, layout, and performance

When it comes to functionality and navigation, Duel is pretty much like hundreds of other crypto casinos. Everything works, but nothing particularly groundbreaking on that front.

However, the no BS approach does make a refreshing change. You’re not immediately bombarded with cynical bonuses offers or VIP club promos. And this makes a world of difference. It’s like, well, you can just play games and have fun. Who’d have thought it was that easy to improve a casino?!

On the downside, there aren’t any responsible gambling tools here. Nothing. No ability to set deposit, wager, loss, or time limits. Not even any educational resources. But, I guess the Duel team would probably argue that if you need these, you shouldn’t be gambling in the first place.

Mobile Apps

Gameplay and usability on mobile

At the time of writing this Duel.com casino review, there was no dedicated Duel mobile app. However, the platform has been optimized to run on mobile browsers, and the simple, no BS design makes it well suited to smartphone screens.

Other Interesting Facts

So who’s behind this refreshingly frank approach to crypto gambling? None other than Ossi Ketola — yep, the notorious Finnish streamer turned pro poker player who originally ran Counter-Strike skin gambling platform CSGOEmpire

Notably, the platform has also been promoted by one of the world’s most controversial figures, Andrew Tate.

We’ve seen what Duel.com casino offers, but what are other people saying about it? Well, for the best snapshot, take a look at the verified player reviews right here at CoinBets. But, out of interest, here are the ratings on some other review platforms:

Verdict

Right, so what’s my overall impression of Duel.com casino?

Surprisingly good

I know, I wasn’t expecting that either!

Of course, Duel isn’t perfect. It’s got an Anjouan license, which means zero regulatory oversight or player protection, and many prohibited markets. Plus there’s a complete lack of responsible gambling tools.

But Duel also does something I wish more crypto casinos would do — it’s ditched the cynical bonuses and rewards. This means less BS, a cleaner casino experience, and less opportunity to fall foul of small print traps. As for the 100% RTP originals? Yeah, they’re nice too — but there are only a handful. Most games here are the same as you’ll find anywhere else.

Also, there’s the feedback. Given Ketola’s history of upsetting his peers, I’d be willing to bet a significant percentage of negative feedback is a deliberate attempt to discredit Duel. But, of course, there’s no way to really know for sure.

As things stand, if you’re from an accepted country, it could be worth giving Duel a try. But as always, until you feel you can trust the casino, keep those balances low and withdraw frequently.

But, that’s just what I think. Have you played at Duel yet? If so, why not write a CoinBets review and share your thoughts with the player community?

Thanks for reading, and until next time, stay safe and may the RTP be with you.

The Facts You Need

Crypto Casinos: The Truth Behind the Hype

Most crypto casino review platforms and guides are written by affiliates who earn up to 50% of your losses at the casino. They’re financially incentivized to push the casinos that pay them the most, not the ones that treat players fairly. That’s why you’ll rarely see them warn you about slow withdrawals, unfair terms, or dodgy licenses.

CoinBets is different. We don’t take casino money. We deposit and play with our own funds, then report exactly what we find, the good, the bad, and the scams.

Crypto casinos can be fun and convenient, but they’re not all created equal. Licensing quality, withdrawal speed, bonus terms, and game fairness vary wildly from site to site. Some operate under weak offshore regulators with zero player protection. Others bury restrictive terms that can void your winnings. And in the worst cases? Rigged games, frozen accounts, and unpaid withdrawals.

Our goal is simple: help you spot the red flags before you deposit. That’s why our database lists licensing details, RTP info, payment terms, and verified user reviews so you can make an informed decision, not a hopeful gamble.

But we can’t do it alone. We need players like you to help arm CoinBets with a vault of verified reviews. The more real, documented player experiences we have, the easier it is to hold dodgy crypto casinos accountable and warn others before they lose money. If you’ve played, share your story — together we can make the crypto gambling space safer for everyone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • What makes a crypto casino trustworthy?

A legitimate license from a regulator with actual enforcement power, transparent terms, fast withdrawals, provably fair games, and a clean track record of paying players without drama.

  • Are unlicensed crypto casinos always scams?

Not always, but you’re gambling with zero safety net. If they refuse to pay you, there’s no regulator to step in. That’s why we flag licensing in every review.

  • What’s “provably fair” and why does it matter?

It’s a cryptographic system that lets you verify game results weren’t manipulated. In plain English: you can prove you weren’t cheated. Without it, you’re trusting the casino’s word.

  • Why are bonuses often a bad deal?

Because the fine print can make them nearly impossible to cash out, with wagering requirements, game restrictions, and withdrawal caps. Our database lists these terms so you can spot the traps.

  • How fast should a crypto casino pay out?

Top-tier sites pay within minutes to a few hours. If withdrawals drag on for days without clear reasons, that’s a red flag.

  • How does CoinBets stay unbiased?

We don’t take affiliate deals or casino funding. We play and test with our own crypto, track every interaction, and publish the results – even when casinos hate it.
