We’re building a complaint system unlike anything else in crypto gambling. Players will be able to file complaints, and the community can vote on whether the casino acted fair or unfair. If a casino gets voted unfair, its rating and Safety Index take a hit. For the first time, the power is in the players’ hands, not the casinos. Stay tuned.

Fair approach, but both sides need to be engaged and bring their side of the story. Just hope bookies and casinos don't bully their way out of this, if you will be a mediator be neutral and let the fun begin.

I would like to ask how you plan to actually make the casinos take action. Why would they listen to you to resolve the players complaints? I like what you've done here but I just don't see casinos caring. For example I dropped a complaint with Anjouan licensing and haven't heard back in a week. If their license granter doesn't care about players why would casinos care what you say?
