I’m saying, first place goes to Devil’s Finger from Shady Lady.
I know the official back story is that its some cosplay geek who gets a package containing the Devil’s finger and he gets transported to another dimension or something. But come on. Those nuns on the reels… their faces… the fingers? The “Devil’s fingers” – I can’t be the only one who’s thinking something else here can I?

I haven't played that yet. But heck, everything from Nolimit is a little disturbing. Mind you, anything that makes me think of my ex is extra nightmare fuel.
