Is Skycrown crypto casino royalty or another pretender to the throne?
Since going live in 2022, Skycrown casino has become one of the better known brands in the vast Hollycorn N.V. online gambling portfolio. Today, it offers players thousands of slots, instant, table, and live casino games, and advertises a tempting welcome bonus (but spoiler alert, there’s a catch).
In this original CoinBets Skycrown casino review, I’ll be signing up and wagering real crypto to get an authentic player experience. And, of course, I’ll be picking apart the welcome bonus, payment options, promos, VIP rewards and much more.
So, is Skycrown really “your place for royal fun and sky-high wins” as claimed. Or is it just another low-effort cookie cutter casino out to drain your wallet? Let’s find out.
- Casino credentials and player protection
- Bonus size, terms, and fairness
- Sign-up speed and steps
Before we get into the nuts and bolts of this Skycrown casino review, let’s check the platform’s credentials:
Skycrown is operated by Hollycorn N.V., which is registered in Curaçao (company no. 144359), and is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (OGL/2023/176/0095).

The site connection is secure and the security certificate is valid
At the time of writing this Skycrown casino review, the casino was offering a welcome pack billed as being worth up to EUR €5,000 + 400 free spins.
Sounds impressive, but are there any nasty surprises lurking in the small print?
Here’s how the Skycrown welcome offer breaks down:
- First Deposit Bonus (use promo code SKYFUN) – 120% up to €500 + 125 free spins (Gold Rush with Johnny Cash by BGaming or The Wild Wings of Phoenix Deluxe by Booming).
- Second Deposit Bonus (promo code ROYAL75) – 100% up to €1,000 + 75 free spins (Lady Wolf Moon by BGaming or Mighty Wild: Jaguar by Voltent).
- Third Deposit Bonus (bonus code NOBLE50) – 50% up to €1,000 + 50 free spins (Mighty Wild: Panther Grand Diamond Edition by Voltent or Aztec Magic Deluxe by BGaming).
Fourth Deposit Bonus (bonus code (CROWN) – 150% up to €2,500 + 150 free spins (Book of the Fallen by Pragmatic Play or Wild Cash by BGaming).

Important terms to note:
- Minimum deposit for first and second bonuses is €20, for the third it is €30, and for the fourth it is €35.
- You must enter the bonus codes before making each deposit.
- All are subject to a 40x wagering requirement (deposit bonus + winnings from free spins).
- Maximum bet while wagering is €5.
- Maximum cash out from each deposit bonus is €5,000.
- Bonuses are valid for 14 days each.
- Free spins must be activated within 14 days (see Bonus section of your account), and will then be valid for 2 days.
- Maximum cash out from each batch of free spins is €200.
- Skycrown welcome bonus package is not available to player from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, or Italy, or any player depositing via Skrill.
Okay, sounds reasonable. The maximum cash out limits and time limits are actually relatively generous – and all the terms and conditions are readily available and clearly written.
So is there a catch?
You bet your bottom Satoshi there is! Buried in the terms it says that the bonuses are NOT available to cryptocurrency players!
Oh well. So, yep, if you’re using fiat currency and playing from one of a select few locations, the Skycrown welcome bonus might be valuable — but for crypto gamblers, it’s a non-starter.

Opening an account here is straightforward. However, at the time of making Skycrown casino review, there was only one option available.
Tap the pink “Sign up” tab, enter your email, set a strong password and choose your currency and country. Confirm you’re over 18 and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and set your marketing preferences. Then tap “Sign Up” again.

Prohibited Jurisdictions
Although you can use a VPN to successfully open an account with Skycrown from anywhere in the world, the casino prohibits players from many countries and regions. The list is extensive, but includes major markets like the United States and United Kingdom.
Despite what many affiliate reviews and articles say, Skycrown is not KYC-free and you will need to verify your account before making your first withdrawal.

Payments
At the time of writing this Skycrown casino review, deposits and withdrawals were available in a modest range of popular cryptos. However, memecoins and privacy coins were notably absent. But whichever you use, remember to keep your crypto secure while gambling.
To make a crypto deposit, tap the pink “Deposit” tab to open your wallet. Then select a crypto, and you’ll be presented with your unique personal deposit address in both QR code and text formats. The minimum deposit amount will be stated, and you’ll also have the opportunity to opt into the Wheel of Fortune and buy lottery tickets.

To withdraw crypto, go to your wallet (under your profile menu), and select “Cash Out”. Then choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw in, enter the amount (in fiat), and select the network if appropriate. Paste in your crypto wallet address and if everything looks good tap “Withdraw XXX” to submit the request.

CoinBets.com Tip: Always double-check crypto wallet addresses after pasting them – you don’t want to fall victim to ‘PasteJacking’. This is when hackers exploit the copy-paste function to change wallet addresses to steal funds.
Skycrown also supports fiat options including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, bank transfer, paysafecard, MiFinity, Neteller, Skrill, and CashtoCode.
Buying Crypto
Unlike the best crypto casinos, Skycrown doesn’t currently allow you to purchase crypto directly via platforms like MoonPay or Changelly.
Game Selection
At the time of creating this Skycrown casino review, the platform carried approximately 7,000 casino games from around 120 providers.
Like other Hollycorn casinos, things are reasonably well organized, with various game categories and very handy collections — covering game types, features and themes.

- Game variety
- Fast gameplay
- Live dealer games
- Classic RNG-based table and card games
- Casual number games
As to be expected, slots dominate the line-up here. At the time of writing this Skycrown casino review, Pragmatic Play, 3 Oaks Gaming, and BGaming were topping the charts with games like Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Coin Up Lightning, and Gold Rush with Johnny.
The previously mentioned collections make it super easy to browse by slot feature or theme here. For example, you can go straight to games featuring bonus buys, cascading reels, expanding wilds, or Megaways mechanics. Or, you can filter by themes like books, Egypt, fruits, or mythology.
Seriously, why can’t every crypto casino do this? It makes life so much easier.

Coastal Express: Cash Blast (NetGame)

I love train slots, so when I saw Coastal Express: Cash Blast had been released by NetGame, I had to climb aboard. And I’m glad I did — but more on that in a moment. First, some info about the game.
As the name suggests, it’s train-themed. Specifically, we’re talking American 1920s/30s (though the locos look more late 19th century to me… uh oh, train geek coming through). Anyway, it’s still got plenty of vintage railroad charm.
It’s got a medium-high volatility rating, a max win of 5,000x your bet in the base game, 25 paylines, and a theoretical RTP of 96.10%. But Coastal Express: Cash Blast is all about the free spins Cash Blast bonus game, which is re-triggerable — and believe me, it can keep going for ages.

So, how did I do?
Well, despite starting with tiny €0.20 bets, within 5 spins I’d triggered the Cash Blast bonus game — and won €74.40. Yep, that’s an insane 744% RTP right there.
If only I’d been betting bigger from the start! Of course, I messed things up immediately by upping my bets to €1 and doing another 50 spins — during which I won just just €5.20. But even so, when combined, my RTP was still a very healthy 154.9%.
It just goes to show, if you land a big win, it’s usually a good idea to take it and walk away. Oh well, still a good result, and I’ll be buying a ticket for the express again soon.
Inferno Coins: Ultimate Running Wins (Fugaso)

Fugaso is one of those providers that usually flies under my radar, but for this Skycrown casino review, I decided to play a few spins on Inferno Coins: Ultimate Running Wins. And again, it was a good choice.
The game itself is a traditional fruit machine with a fiery twist. Variance is mid-high, the maximum win is 3,000x your bet, the theoretical RTP is 96.1% and its packing features like jackpots, bonus rounds, respins, and coin collection. The 3×5 layout reverses the more common 5×3, and the simplicity of the game makes for fast action.

I planned to play 50 x €1 spins, but after winning €45 on the 43rd I quit while ahead. In total, I won €94, giving a real RTP of 218.60%.
Perhaps I should give Fugaso a bit more love in the future.
Cash Grotto: Hold the Jackpot (VoltEnt)

After such a great start, Cash Grotto: Hold the Jackpot from VoltEnt put a dampener on things. But before I share my disaster, let’s take a quick look at the game.
I think the best way of describing this slot is “a complicated mess.”
There’s 24 reels and a plethora of mechanics at play: Hold the Jackpot, Cash Infinity, Sticky to Infinity, Moving Cash Out, and the Chance Level. This means there’s ever moving multipliers and timed rewards at work. Now, features and depth are great, but this is just too much and ruins any sense of fun. At least for me.
As you’ve probably guessed, it’s highly volatile — but surprisingly, the max win is a rather low 1,500x your bet. The theoretical RTP? 96.13%.
And how did I do?
It was a complete disaster. We’re talking like the canary snuffed it and the gas exploded. After 45 x €1 spins, I’d managed to win back just €3. That’s an unbelievably low 6.67% RTP.
I don’t think I’ll be venturing back into the grotto any time soon.
Crash games and other instant wins like plinko, mines, and hilo get their own dedicated category here at Skycrown. Again, this makes life so much easier. Specific titles available include Chicken Road 2 from InOut, Plinko from Platipus, Mummy’s Mines from Belatra, and of course, the ever-present Aviator from Spribe.

Scratch cards are also available at Skycrown.com — but you’ll need to use the search function. Scratch games offered include The Walking Dead Scratch from Playtech, FashionTV Highlife Scratchcard from EveryMatrix, and Scratch Match from Evoplay.

At the time of writing this Skycrown casino review, live dealer fans were well catered for — with hundreds of blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and poker tables available.
As if you couldn’t have guessed, the Skycrown live casino has plenty of games from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, but some welcome variety is added by providers like Iconic21, Playtech, Ezugi and Platipus Live.
Unfortunately, live game shows don’t get their own filter, but they are present. For example, you’ll find huge hit gameshows like Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Mega Wheel, Crazy Time, Crazy Coin Flip, and The Kickoff.

There’s a dedicated table games category here too. At the time of writing this Skycrown casino review, there were only 25 options. But still, at least they are easy to find.
Specific games available include Bonus Poker from KAGaming, Zoom Roulette from Nucleus, Single Deck Blackjack from Betsoft, and Blackjack Neo from Relax Gaming.

Searching for bingo at Skycrown casino serves up a dozen games. These include Neptune Bingo from EA Gaming, Cleopatra’s Gems Bingo from Mascot, and Chocobingo Delights from Reevo.
There’s also another dozen keno games, including Burning Keno from Amusnet, and Dragon Power Keno from Atomic Slot Lab.

- Testing transparency and randomness
At the time of creating this Skycrown casino review, there weren’t any in-house original games available.
However, there were plenty of provably fair games from third-party providers. For example, there’s Squid$$$Game and Cryptos from InOut, Tapinata and Limbo Rider from Turbo Games, and Balloon and Trader from Spribe.
Want to learn more about provably fair gaming? Check out the CoinBets guide to provably fair gaming and casinos.

- Simulated sports betting
Like some other Hollycorn casinos, Skycrown does have virtual sports games – but they are hidden. Yep, there’s no category or filter. The only reason I found them was because I saw Leap Gaming listed under providers. Options available include Instant Football, Instant Virtual Greyhounds, and Instant Virtual Horses.

Skycrown does not currently offer real sports or esports betting.
- Bonuses, offers and tournaments
- Rewards, rakeback, and VIP perks
In addition to the welcome bonuses, at the time of writing this Skycrown casino review, several other promos were running. These included:
Wheel of Fortune – Deposit at least €50 to get a spin and a chance to win up to 100 free spins or €1,000 cash.
Spin & Win Mondays – Get up to 100 free spins to start the week.
Midweek Magic – Choose between 50 FS or a 50% reload bonus to get you over the hump.
Friday Fiesta – Up to 99 free spins to celebrate surviving another week.
Super Spin Saturday – 15 super spins up for grabs to start the weekend the right way.
Huge Sunday Bonus – An “infinite” number of free spins. Interesting!
Daily Deposit Delight – 25% deposit bonus on the 4th of every month.
Weekly Sky Cashback – 10% cashback.
In-house Slot Tournaments – Regular slot competitions with prizes consisting of cash and free spins.
Network Promotions – Skycrown casino participates in huge network promos like the €150,000 Drops Frenzy Fest from BGaming and the €2,000,000 Drops and Wins from Pragmatic Play.

The Skycrown casino VIP program is one of those invite-only affairs. It promises “a treasure trove of rewards and promotions”, along with prioritized payouts and a personal VIP manager, or “Buddy.”
However, when it comes to qualifying? Well, Skycrown “VIP talent scouts” personally choose active players. Yeah, seriously, they actually say this.

- Service and information
- Navigation, layout, and performance
- Gameplay and usability on mobile
Customer support is available 24/7 at Skycrown casino — though that’s chiefly provided by a live chat chatbot. However, you can talk to a real person, or email the help desk via the messaging facility, or directly via support@skycrown.com.
Other informational resources are limited to a FAQ page that answers the most common queries. There’s no Skycrown blog and no social media accounts.

In all honesty, Skycrown casino looks like countless other online casinos. It’s functional and everything seems to work smoothly, but it’s not going to win any creative awards.
Navigation is easy — something really helped by logical categories and the handy collections. Account management and payments are straightforward, and by and large all the info needed is easy to find.
Regarding safer gambling, Skycrown gives you the ability to set deposit (you need to toggle to advanced mode for this), loss, wager, and session limits, self-exclude or set a cooling off period without the need to contact support. You can set these by going to “Responsible Gambling” in your profile.

Languages
At the time of writing this Skycrown casino review, there was no mobile app available. However, the web-based platform is optimized for mobile browsers, so you can still enjoy a smooth experience on your smartphone or tablet.
Skycrown casino runs on the SoftSwiss gaming platform — like hundreds of other online casinos operated by large gambling businesses like Hollycorn N.V. and Dama N.V.. This explains why you’ll often get a sense of déjà vu when visiting casinos like this.
Right, that’s what Skycrown casino offers in terms of games, bonuses and features, but what kind of reputation does it have?
Well, in reality, it’s really tough to gauge. Between reputation laundering through fake reviews and disingenuous affiliate marketing content, the truth can be elusive. Heck, that’s why we launched CoinsBet – to finally give you a source for objective truth.
But, out of interest, here’s some ratings at the time of writing this Skycrown casino review:
| Platform | Rating | Notes |
| Warning | Rating removed for breach of guidelines (fake reviews) | |
![]() | Overall: 7.5/10 Safety Index: Above Average User Feedback: Terrible | Rated by 35 users |
| CasinoRank: 6.8/10 Player Rating: 4.8/10 | Based on 6 player ratings |

*There seems to be some confusion on Trustpilot. I’ve used the correct Skycrown casino profile, but there’s another Skycrown profile, with a different logo, that’s been claimed by a Swiss open public fund called Skycrown Capital Management. Hundreds of players (455) have mistakenly left reviews for the casino here.

SkyCrown
One of Hollycorn’s flagship crypto casinos, Skycrown offers plenty of games and a tempting bonus – but there are things you need to know.
Verdict
My final thoughts about Skycrown casino?
Well, it’s very middle of the road – typical of Hollycorn operated platforms. It offers a good choice of slots, instant wins and live casino games, and plenty of promotional offers.
But there are problems.
As far as crypto gambling goes, Skycrown accepts a few of the biggest cryptocurrencies and offers some third-party provably fair games. But that’s it. There are no Web3 features. No crypto wallet support, no tokenization, no NFTs, no DeFi features… nada. And, to make matters worse, crypto users are specifically excluded from many bonuses.
Then there’s the fact that this is just a casino – no sports betting or esports (and even the virtual sports are hidden). And to say the VIP program is vague is an understatement!
So, if you’re in an accepted jurisdiction and you’re not fussed about bonuses or crypto-first features, Skycrown casino could be worth a try. But as always, I recommend keeping your balance low and making frequent withdrawals until you can trust the casino.
But that’s just what I think. Have you played a this casino recently? If so, why not write your own Skycrown casino review and share your thoughts?
Thanks for reading and until next time, have fun, stay frosty, and good luck!
