Huge Casino from a Brand Best Known for Esports Betting
GG.bet went live way back in 2016, and is best known for sports and esports betting. However, today it also boasts a huge crypto casino, with more than 12,000 games – including slots, instant wins, table, and live dealer games.
In this original CoinBets review of GG.bet, I’ll be depositing and wagering real crypto to get an authentic player experience. I’ll be taking a close look at what the casino offers, especially the GG.bet welcome bonus, crypto payment options, games catalog, rewards, and features. I’ll also check out who’s behind the platform and what kind of reputation it has.
So, is GG.bet a contender for the crypto casino heavyweight title? Let’s find out.

gg.bet is operated by River Entertainment B.V., which is incorporated in Curaçao (Company No. 158146). The platform is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (license no. OGL/2024/688/0234).
The site connection is secure and the security certificate is valid

Okay, so the GG.bet welcome bonus is advertised as being worth “Up to 3,000 EUR + 900 Free Spins.” Which sounds pretty good. But is it?
Well, it’s certainly convoluted, stretching over your first 7 deposits. Yep, seven.
Let’s break it down:
| Deposit/s | Min. Deposit (USD) | Bonus | Free Spins |
| 1st | $10 | 150% | 20 (Gates of Olympus 1000) |
| $20 | 165% | 30 (Gates of Olympus 1000) | |
| $50 | 180% | 50 (Gates of Olympus 1000) | |
| $100 | 200% | 50 (Gates of Olympus 1000) | |
| 2nd – 5th | $10 | 120% | 25 (Sweet Bonanza 1000) |
| $20 | 130% | 50 (Sweet Bonanza 1000) | |
| $50 | 140% | 75 (Sweet Bonanza 1000) | |
| $100 | 150% | 100 (Sweet Bonanza 1000) | |
| 6th | $10 | – | 60 (Coin Win) |
| $20 | – | 150 (Coin Win) | |
| $50 | – | 350 (Coin Win) | |
| 7th | $10 | 150% | – |
| $20 | 175% | – | |
| $50 | 175% | – |
Like I said, it’s convoluted! And what about the small print? Well, here are the main terms to note:
Wagering requirement for 1st deposit bonus is 40x
Maximum bonus for 1st deposit is $500
Wagering must be completed within 5 days.
Max bet when using bonus funds is 5 USD/EUR.
Bonus funds can’t be used for a long list of specified games (see the Casino Bonus Terms)

Right, so this seems fairly standard, but there are a few problems.
First, the 5-day limit to complete wagering is lower than usual. Secondly, the detailed terms, including wagering requirements and maximum bonus, are only provided for the bonus you can currently qualify for (in my case, the 1st deposit bonus). Are the terms for the subsequent bonuses the same? Who knows – it doesn’t say in the general bonus terms. Other details, like wagering limits for the free spins, are also unavailable (or well hidden).
Overall, I’d say proceed with caution on this one.

Important: Although there’s no KYC (know your customer) verification required to open an account, deposit, and gamble at gg.bet crypto casino, you may have to provide documents before withdrawing. If you have joined from a prohibited country (e.g., the U.S. or U.K.), it will give the casino an excuse to close your account and seize your funds.
If you’re wondering where most GG.bet players come from, well, according to Ahrefs, the platform is particularly popular in Ukraine and Poland.

Payments
GG.bet supports a limited number of cryptocurrencies only.
Crypto Deposits & Withdrawals:

To make a crypto deposit, navigate to your Cashbox (you can just click the green “+” button next to your balance). Choose a crypto. Enter the sum you want to deposit and click “Continue”. You’ll be transferred to a third-party payment processor (thedex), where you’ll be provided with a deposit address. At this point, you can also connect a Web3 wallet using Wallet Connect.

To withdraw crypto, go to your Cashbox, select the crypto and amount you’d like to withdraw. Paste in your destination wallet address, review the fees, and confirm when you’re ready. Note, you have to verify your account (aka KYC), before you can even request a withdrawal.
Note, there’s also a fairly low withdrawal limit of €/$5,000 per month at GG.bet.
CoinBets.com Tip: Always double-check crypto wallet addresses after pasting them – you don’t want to fall victim to ‘PasteJacking’. This is when hackers exploit the copy-paste function to change wallet addresses to steal funds.
GG.bet also supports fiat options like Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, ecoPayz, Paysafecard, Jeton, flexepin, Neosurf, giropay, Interac, and Klarna. However, these appear to be limited to selected markets – only crypto was available to me.

Buying Crypto
Unlike the best crypto casinos, GG.bet does not let you purchase crypto via integrations with providers like MoonPay or Changelly.
Game Selection
According to GG.bet, the platform offers over 12,000 casino games of all types from almost 100 providers – impressive for sure.
The lobby is well-organized, with several categories available, including Megaways, Buy Feature, and New. There are even a few special themed collections, like Animal, Books, 777, and Dragons. However, it would be nice to see some more granular filters – like RTP and variance.

You won’t be surprised to learn that slots make up the bulk of the GG.bet games catalog. At the time of writing this GG.bet review, the most popular slots included Gates of Olympus Super Scatter and Sugar Rush 1000 from Pragmatic Play, 2025 Hit Slot from Endorphina, GGbet Book of Demi Gods 2 from Spinomenal, and Yummy Dumplings: Hold the Spin from Gamzix.

Megaways slot fans have plenty of choice here too, with hits like The Dog House Megaways and Madame Destiny Megaways from Pragmatic, Divine Fortune Megaways from NetEnt, and Book of Panda Megaways from BGaming. Huge progressive jackpot slots, like the Mega Moolah series are also available here, but you’ll have to use the search function to find them.
There’s also a game randomizer, providing an easy way to discover new games, which is a nice touch.

2025 Hit Slot (Endorphina)

It’s a cheesy name, but as it is 2025 at the time of writing this GG.bet casino review, I figured I’d give Endorphina’s 2025 Hit Slot a few spins. In terms of theme, it may have 2025 in the name, but it’s got decidedly retro fruit machine vibes. It is, however, packing features like fixed jackpots, symbol collection, multipliers, a gamble option, and of course, a bonus game.
Specs-wise, 2025 Hit Slot is a 5×4 slot with 100 betways, a theoretical RTP of 96.05%, and a very appropriate maximum win of 2,025x your bet.
All very well, but how did I get on?
Well, not so good. After 50 x $1 spins, I’d only managed to win back $34 – making a real RTP of just 68%. Not a total disaster, but quite disappointing.
A Big Catch: Hold & Win (BetSoft)

Next up, I played A Big Catch: Hold & Win from Betsoft. Released in mid-2024 as a sequel to The Angler, it’s yet another fishing-themed slot with toon-style graphics.
But it’s got plenty of features to keep the gameplay exciting. Obviously, there’s the Hold & Win feature with its Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand prizes. Plus, there’s a Reset Symbol that collects bonuses during the Hold & Win feature and Wilds. If you feel like splashing some extra cash, you can buy the Hold & Win Feature at any time – though I resisted the temptation.
When it comes to specs, this slot is rated as highly volatile, has a fairly average 96.50% RTP, 5 reels, and a total of 243 ways to win. The maximum win is 3,254x your bet.
Unfortunately, while my fishing trip seemed to entail plenty of action – it really made me feel like I was hauling in a prize winner – I actually ended up with a significant loss. After 50 x $1 spins, I’d only caught $29.84 – a real RTP of just 59.68%.
Maybe I was using the wrong bait?
Thankfully, GG.bet is one of those surprisingly rare crypto casinos that deems instant games worthy of their own category. This makes it much easier to browse crash games, plinko, dice, mines, scratch, and other casual types.
The choice is huge, consisting of hundreds of titles. These include titles like Crash X and Vortex from Turbo Games, Plinko Rush from Betsoft, Aviamasters from BGaming, Chicken Road and Diver from InOut, and Avia Rush from Evoplay. However, if you’re looking for Spribe hits like Aviator, you’re out of luck.

There’s also the in-house GG.Wheel game, with spins costing $7 a piece. Potential prizes include up to 50 free spins or up to $200 in cash.

Vortex (Turbo Games)

If you’re looking for something totally different, Vortex from Turbo Games is well worth a try. The gameplay takes place on a wheel – well, more accurately, three-segmented wheels that revolve around a vertical slot-style reel. This center reel contains three winning symbols (Water, Earth, and Fire), a neutral symbol (Air), and a losing symbol (Death).
When you spin, if you land a winning symbol, it fills a segment of the appropriate wheel. You can then choose to cash out or continue spinning. If you land another winning symbol, it adds to your win. If it’s neutral (Air), you can cash out or continue spinning, but if it’s the losing symbol (Death), you lose. You can also opt to take a partial payout, which adds considerable depth.
It sounds way more complicated than it really is. Once you start playing, you’ll see it all makes sense and feels very intuitive.
Anyway, I decided to play it safe to start with – with 25 x $1 bets, cashing out at the first win each time. However, it didn’t really work out because I only won back $22.10 – giving an RTP of 88.4%. Undeterred and curious, I decided to play another 25 x $1 spins, but this time letting wins accumulate and cashing out after 3 spins whenever possible. The result? I made a small profit, winning back $27.90 – a real RTP of 111.60%.
The only thing I couldn’t work out was where to find the provably fair info – according to the provider, it is provably fair (I think all Turbo Games are), but I couldn’t see anywhere to find seed info or verify things.
The GG.bet live dealer offering amounts to well over 600 games (yep, I counted) – which puts it up there with the best online casinos. In addition to live blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat, live craps, and live poker from the usual suspects – Evolution and Pragmatic Play – there are also live dealer games from Ezugi, Atmosfera, 7Mojos, Absolute Live Gaming, Playtech, and SpinOro.
However, the filters are a bit clunky with live games. For example, there are no live game show filters, so you’ve got to search by name or scroll for ages. Still, if you’ve got the patience, you’ll find hits like Crazy Time, Lightning Storm, and Monopoly Live from Evolution, and Mega Wheel, Sweet Bonanza Candyland, and Mega Wheel from Pragmatic Play Live.

It’s also great to see that GG.bet is one of the few crypto casinos to have a coherent Table Games lobby. By that I mean it only contains RNG (random number generator) versions of blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, and poker, etc. – without live dealer games mixed in.
In total, there are over 130 table games to choose from, though this does include lottery-style games like keno – which is kind of odd. Still, you’ll find games like Three Card Rummy from Betsoft, Poker Teen Patti from Evoplay, Vegas Hold’em from Platipus, European Roulette from GameArt, and Blackjack from Tada Gaming.

As mentioned, at GG.bet, you’ll find keno games mixed in with table games. However, to find bingo, you’ll need to use the search function. This brings up about 25 games – mostly video bingo but with a few live options too – from providers including NetGame, Belatra, Play’n GO, Tada Gaming, and Platipus.

Our real-money gameplay results
GG.bet hasn’t provided a provably fair category or filter, but you will find plenty of provably fair games in the Instant Games section. For example, there’s Mines and Tower from InOut, Limbo Rider and Dice Twice from Turbo Games, and Space XY from BGaming.
Unfortunately, at the time of writing this GG.bet casino review, there weren’t any in-house originals available. Nope, exclusive games here are limited to a handful of GG.bet-branded slots from third-party providers like Evoplay and Spinomenal.
If you’d like to learn more about provably fair gaming, be sure to read the CoinBets Introduction to Provably Fair Gaming.

And now time for the CoinBets Challenge! Okay, just to fill you in, despite the poor performance on the first two slots I played, I landed some decent wins later on – especially on The Dog House: Royal Hunt from Pragmatic Play and GGBet Joker Win from Spinomenal. This gave me quite a bit more money to play with than I expected.
So, I decided to splash out with GGBet Greatest Catch – an exclusive branded slot by Evoplay. It’s yet another fishing-themed game (I must have been feeling fishy today), offering the potential to win over 10,000x your bet. It’s packing a free spins game, a fun dynamite feature, and has the option to buy the bonus.

And it’s the latter that today’s CoinBets Challenge is going to center around. Specifically, I decided to play 100 x $1 regular spins, and then see if I could beat that by buying 20 free spins for the same amount (two batches of 10 at $50 each).

Drum roll…
Both strategies actually paid off. I know, shocking! The regular spins made me a slight profit, giving an RTP of 106.5%, but the purchased free spins did considerably better, resulting in an RTP of 135%. So, that’s a $6.50 and $35 profit, respectively.
I’d say that was a fairly successful fishing trip.
As the name implies, GG.bet is predominantly focused on esports and sports betting rather than casino. In fact, when you land on the home page, it’s most likely going to be the sportsbook you initially see.

Standard and live in-play betting is offered across a huge range of traditional sports. Whether it’s football, tennis, basketball, baseball, ice hockey, American football, or boxing, you’re covered here.
Esports betting is available on many disciplines, including Dota 2, Counter-Strike, Valorant, League of Legends, Call of Duty, and Halo. You can even compete with other players and share prices in the GG.bet Leagues.

-
Rewards, rakeback, and VIP perks
Complementing the GG.bet welcome package is a range of promotional offers for existing casino players. At the time of writing this GG.bet review, the promos available included:
Network Promotions – Provider-run network promos like the Big Adventures Campaign from Evoplay, Spinoleague 2025 by Spinomenal, and Spin-O-Mania by Gamzix.
Daily Quests – Complete the specific daily quest to get a bonus.
Ra’s Mystic Bonus – Up to 175% bonus up to €500 + 25 free spins
Weekly Bonus – Up to 150% + 65 free spins
Tournaments – In-house slot tournaments, with rankings based on winnings (each $1 won = 1 point). At the time of writing, there was a $15,000 tournament running for The Book of Gold.

Note, the in-house bonuses were subject to the standard GG.bet wagering requirement of 40x, though it was a lower 30x for free spins winnings. The max cashout for bonuses and free spins was a rather stingy 3x the bonus amount.
Unusually, GG.bet doesn’t appear to offer a specific loyalty rewards or VIP program.

Gameplay and usability on mobile
Like all good crypto casinos, GG.bet offers 24/7 player support via live chat and email (support@gg.bet).
Surprisingly, old-school phone support is also available:
- UK, HU, ES, RO, FR, PT, CN, JP, RU: +44 (203) 769-19-62
- DE: +3 (572) 506-06-21
- PL: +48 (45) 363-05-55
Plus, there’s a FAQ facility that answers the most common questions.

You can also follow and connect with GG.Bet on social media platforms, including X (Twitter) and Instagram.

In terms of user experience and design, GG.bet is much like hundreds of other online casinos and sportsbooks. If anything, it’s probably a bit closer to a traditional online casino than the latest crypto casinos. Basically, it’s a little busier and more cluttered, with less slick-looking graphics. But the difference is only slight – it’s perfectly usable. Everything seems to work, and navigation is logical enough.
Unfortunately, GG.bet is also like most crypto casinos when it comes to responsible gambling – i.e., it completely ignores it. Sure, there’s the obligatory Responsible Gambling page linked from the footer, with some dry blurb and a few links to the likes of gamblingtherapy.co.uk, but as for safer gambling tools and limits? Nothing.
In addition to English, GG.bets is also available in:
Languages
There’s a dedicated GG.bet mobile app available for Android devices – you can download it directly from the website.
There’s also, supposedly, an iOS app available for download from the AppStore. However, the link takes you to an unrelated app called “Glory Dash: Jump & Climb” from a certain Tetiana Fedorova. A search of the App Store also fails to locate a GG.bet app.
I guess no one at GG.bet has bothered checking this for a while.

At the time of writing this GG.bet review, the platform was an official partner of the July 2025 Usyk vs Dubois II fight – and was running a “up to €1,000 free bet” promo to mark the occasion.

GG.bet previously partnered with Ukrainian esports organization NAVI (Natus Vincere).
The platform also proudly displays various awards, including: EGR Esports Operator of the Year 2024 and 2023, EGR Brand of the Year Bronze Award 2024, and SiGMA Best Esports Operator 2024 and 2023.
Right, that’s what GG.bet offers in terms of gambling products, but what reputation does this casino have? Well, in a world full of affiliate marketing slop and fake reviews, it’s extremely challenging to get an accurate picture (hence why we launched CoinBets). But out of curiosity, if nothing else, here are some ratings:
| Platform | Overall Rating | Notes |
|---|---|---|
![]() | 3.5 Average | (based on 3K reviews) |
![]() | Overall: 9.1/10 | Safety Index: Very High User Feedback: Mixed |
![]() | CasinoRank: 5.6 | Player Rating: 8.2 (39 reviews) |

As you can see, the ratings seem very mixed. The reviews on Trustpilot in particular seem suspicious – following the usual pattern seen when an operator is trying to launder their reputation via fake reviews. That is, lots of glowing, highly iffy sounding 5-star reviews, and even more terrible, more authentic sounding 1-star reviews, with virtually nothing in between.
Note: It’s important not to confuse GG.bet with GGbet.com – the latter appears to be a now defunct scam casino site.
GG.Bet
So, after spending a day playing at GG.bet casino, what’s my overall impression? Well, “mixed” is probably the best word.
Verdict
So, after spending a day playing at GG.bet casino, what’s my overall impression? Well, “mixed” is probably the best word.
On the one hand, I do quite like this crypto casino for several reasons: chiefly, the sheer choice of games is excellent. Opening an account is also easy – with plenty of options. And, everything seems to work – I only had a couple of games fail to load or crash – which is actually pretty good compared to many crypto casinos. Plus, GG.bet is one of the comparatively few platforms that seems to be planning to meet the significantly improved standards of the new Curaçao licensing regime, rather than fleeing to Anjouan or Costa Rica.
However, that final point also means that GG.bet will now need to be much stricter when it comes to KYC – and that could cause major problems for players from many major markets, including the US, UK, and much of Europe. Additionally, the range of cryptos supported here is limited, the terms and conditions could be more transparent, responsible gambling tools are badly needed, and there are no crypto-specific features.
So, is it worth trying GG.bet?
Well, it really depends on where you are and what you’re looking for. If you’re from a non-prohibited location and want a good choice of games, plus sports and esports betting, then sure – GG.bet could be for you. But if you’re from a prohibited jurisdiction and/or crypto-specific features are important to you, then there are better options.
Either way, as always, I’d highly recommend you keep balances low and make frequent withdrawals until you feel comfortable trusting the casino.
But that’s just what I think. Do you agree or have a completely different take? If so, why not write a CoinBets review and share your thoughts about GG.bet with the player community?
Thanks for reading, and until next time, stay safe, and may the RTP favor you!
