Sleek slots and crypto style — but can Tsars Casino be trusted?
In business since 2020, Tsars is a small crypto casino offering thousands of slots, table, crash, and live games – including a limited choice of provably fair titles. It’s a no-frills platform with a simple, airy design and minimal features – you won’t find sports betting, tokenized rewards, or complicated loyalty schemes here.
In this original CoinBets review of Tsars casino, I’ll be depositing and playing with real crypto for an authentic player experience. In particular, I’ll be looking at the welcome bonus, payment options, games, rewards, and other special features.
So, is Tsars a powerful leader or an out-of-touch pretender? Let’s find out.
-
Casino credentials and player protection
-
Bonus size, terms, and fairness
-
Sign-up speed and steps
Before we get to the fun stuff, let’s check out who’s behind the curtains at Tsars casino and sportsbook.
Tsars is operated by RR Investments N.V., which is incorporated in Curacao (company number 137866). At the time of writing, it was operating under a temporary Certificate of Operation issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority (application number OGL/2024/556/0670).
The site connection is secure and the security certificate is valid
Note: Although some casino reviews say Tsars has an Anjouan license, I didn’t see any mention of it.

At the time of writing, the Tsars casino welcome bonus was potentially worth up to €2,000 + 200 Free Spins – split over your first 4 deposits as follows:
1st Deposit: 100% bonus up to €300 + 100 Free Spins
2nd Deposit: 50% bonus up to €300 + 100 Free Spins
3rd Deposit: 40% bonus up to €400
4th Deposit: 25% bonus up to €1,000

But, is it really as generous as it sounds?
Well, first up, detailed terms and conditions are not readily available from the main promotional page, and that’s never a good sign.
In fact, a detailed overview of the Tsars casino welcome bonus terms doesn’t seem to be available anywhere. Instead, details only become available after you’ve signed up and are in a position to claim a bonus.
But, for illustrative purposes, we can see that the 2nd deposit is subject to:
$20 minimum deposit (it seems USD/EUR are used interchangeably here)
$2 max bet
20x wagering requirement
$10,000 max payout
3-day time limit
And, after trawling through the general Terms and Conditions, I can add that game weighting applies when meeting wagering requirements, with slots (unless specifically excluded – and those with an RTP of 97.5% or more) contributing 100% and all other games contributing 0%.
So, while the wagering requirements are actually on the low side, the other limits and lack of transparency are a massive red flag here.
At least opening a new player account with Tsars casino is relatively quick and easy. However, the only option is to use your email and mobile number. There are no third-party options like Google or Steam, and there’s no option to connect a crypto wallet like MetaMask. Tsars definitely isn’t a Web3 casino!
Tap “Sign up”. Enter your email address, choose a strong password, select your desired currency, and provide your mobile number. Confirm you are 18+ and agree with the Terms & Conditions, then click “Sign up.”

Note that there is, quite bizarrely, a prompt to download the Terms & Conditions – something I’d caution against. Downloading anything from questionable sites is a bad idea!
Also, while no KYC (know your customer) steps are required to open an account, you will absolutely be required to prove your identity and place of residence before withdrawing. So, using a VPN to access Tsars casino from a prohibited jurisdiction, e.g., the United States or the United Kingdom, is probably not a good idea.
Payments
Tsars crypto casino supports deposits and withdrawals in a range of popular mainstream cryptocurrencies – though memecoin fans will be disappointed, with only Dogecoin representing the sillier side of crypto.
To make a crypto deposit, navigate to your wallet (tap the “+” symbol next to your balance). Choose your desired cryptocurrency, and you’ll be provided with your unique casino deposit address in text and QR code formats. The minimum deposit amount for your selected crypto will be stated. Also note that Tsars charges a small fee on all transactions (EUR 1 at the time of writing).

To withdraw crypto, open the cashier (tap your profile icon and then select “Account”), select “Withdraw Funds”, select your payment method and amount, and follow the prompts. Any fees will be stated, though at the time of writing, most crypto withdrawals were fee-free.
Regardless of the payment method used, Tsars enforces relatively low withdrawal limits of €5,000 per day, €15,000 per week, and €30,000 per month.

CoinBets.com Tip: Always double-check crypto wallet addresses after pasting them – you don’t want to fall victim to ‘PasteJacking’. This is when hackers exploit the copy-paste function to change wallet addresses to steal funds.
Tsars also supports fiat options, including Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, paysafecard, Interac, Klarna, InstaDebit, ecoPayz, Neteller, Jeton, and Skrill.
Buying Crypto
Unfortunately, unlike the best crypto casinos, Tsars does not offer the ability to purchase crypto via third-party platforms like Changelly or MoonPay.
Game Selection
While writing this Tsars crypto casino review, the platform offered thousands of games from almost 60 providers. Overall, the lobby is clean and easy to navigate with a convenient search function and some basic filters, like provider, Jackpot, and Feature Buy. However, it would be nice to see some more in-depth granular filters, like RTP, volatility, theme, etc.

Game variety

Fast gameplay
-
Dealer quality

Casual games
As you’d expect, slots are the mainstay at Tsars – with thousands from big-name providers like Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, and NetEnt. However, you should be aware that there are extensive geographical restrictions, so depending on where you are located, many games may be blocked.
At the time of writing this Tsars review, popular slots included Legacy of Dead: Raise the Departed from Play’n GO, Zeus vs Hades: Gods of War from Pragmatic, RIP City from Hacksaw, and Greedy Alice from Peter & Sons.
Jackpot fans are catered for with Octoplay games like Break the Piggy Bank and The Great Jackpot Expedition, but you won’t find any top-line progressive jackpot slots like the Mega Moolah series here. And if payways are your thing, you’ll be happy to know there are plenty of Megaways slots to choose from – including 5 Lions Megaways 2, Dog House Megaways, and Madame Destiny Megaways.

Devil’s Finger (Shady Lady)
Shady Lady – it’s a slot provider I’d never heard of before, but I like the name, so I figured I’d check out one of their slots – Devil’s Finger. Now, the theme of this game is something to do with nuns, the devil, and erm… “naughty fingers”. Most slot reviewers seem to be confused, referring to things like “dragons”… yeah, I think they are barking up the wrong tree! But, anyway, let’s just say it’s dark and strange.
According to Shady Lady, it’s highly volatile and has a rather low RTP of 94% – but it does look, erm, “interesting”. It’s got a max win of up to 20,000x your bet, plus free spins, several types of multiplier, random and additional wilds, a changing reel set, and more, so it seemed promising.
However, after just 25 x $1 bets, I’d got a really bad feeling about the game – and only managed to win back $4.10, giving a real RTP of just 16.40%. Yep, I know, it’s a high variance slot, so I should have given it longer – but something just didn’t feel right. So, I moved on.
Coin Bang Bang: Hold and Win (Octoplay/Penguin King)
And moving on proved to be the right decision. Because next I bet just 40 x $1 on Coin Bang Bang: Hold and Win from Octoplay, but managed to win back $85, giving a very nice real RTP of 212.5%.
And the game itself was surprisingly good too! It’s a Wild West-themed slot with four jackpots, with the action centred around the Hold & Win bonus. It’s a low variance game, and the max win is only 5,596x your bet, but the Hold & Win, gun upgrade, coins, collector feature, cash prizes, and wild symbols add quite a bit of depth.
All in all, this was way better than I expected, and I’d definitely be up for playing it again.
Cluster*uck (TrueLab)

After such a good showing in the old West, I decided to try Cluster*uck from TrueLab – another provider that usually goes under my radar. And I’m glad I did. While I didn’t manage to walk away with a profit, I did virtually break even, achieving a real RTP of 99.6%, and this slot is crazy – in a good way.
It’s basically all about boxes – lots and lots of boxes! Specifically, it’s a chaotic cluster*uck of boxes in a warehouse, and there’s a whole lot of cascading, cluster, and reshuffling action. Between all that, the mystery boxes and multifunctional wilds, it’s hard to keep track of what’s going on – so the best thing to do is just enjoy the insanity.
The theoretical RTP of Cluster*uck is 95.06%, with a max win of 25,000x your bet. The game is rated as highly volatile, but to be honest, I felt like I was getting decent wins pretty frequently, so it just shows you shouldn’t pay too much attention to volatility ratings.
Unfortunately, Tsars is one of the highly annoying crypto casinos that doesn’t provide dedicated categories for crash and other instant-win and casual games. Instead, everything’s just lumped in with slots. However, a search will bring up crash games like BetMan Crash, Big Bass Crash, Crash Crash, Don’t Crash, and Adrenaline Rush: XCrush. Hardly the biggest choice, but still some decent titles in there.

The Tsars live casino is dominated by live roulette, blackjack, and baccarat from industry superpowers Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. You’ll also find other live games like Marble Race, and live game shows including Crazy Time, Sweet Bonanza Candyland, and Crazy Balls. Adding further variety are live dealer games from Live88, Ezugi, Vivo Gaming, and Amusenet Interactive. Overall, not bad.

As you’ve probably guessed, there’s no dedicated table games category at Tsars casino – so to find RNG (random number generator) based titles, you’ll need to use the search function. Of course, this means wading through live games as well, but the choice is fair.
For example, you’ll find European Roulette from Evoplay and Golden Chip Roulette from Yggdrasil, along with Blackjack Multihand from Play’n GO, and first-person table games from Evolution. The poker selection is more limited, with a handful of video poker options from the likes of VoltEnt and RedRake Gaming.

With 40 games available, the video bingo line-up at Tsars casino is pretty good. Searching served up titles including Viking Runecraft Bingo from Play’n GO, Immortal Romance Video Bingo from Microgaming (Neko Games), and Beto Bingo from Caleta.
The keno choice was more modest, with just a dozen games available, including Superb Keno from Amusnet and Banana Keno from Caleta.

Our real-money gameplay results
Unlike the best crypto casinos, Tsars doesn’t seem to have any provably fair original in-house games on offer. However, there are a few provably fair games from third-party providers like Spribe. Games available include the omnipresent Aviator, along with Mines, Dice, Goal, HiLo, Keno, Mini Roulette, Plinko, and Hotline.

So, for today’s CoinBets Challenge, I figured I’d try something a bit different. After my success on the slots I’ve mentioned, and some nice wins on others, like Big Stack LumberJack (see the CoinBets video review for more on that), I had a decent bankroll to play with. So, decided to try to predict the future – and what better slot for that than the smash hit Madame Destiny Megaways from Pragmatic Play.

I would play the following
105 regular spins ($1 each)
105 regular spins boosted for double the chance to win a feature ($1.00 + $0.25 each)
Buy free spins ($100)
And my prediction? I figured I’d get the highest RTP from the boosted spins, followed by the regular spins, then the purchased free spins. Why? Doubling your chance to win a feature for just 25% more seems pretty reasonable, but I’ve wasted a lot of crypto on buying features in the past.

So, what actually happened?
Well, I was totally wrong!
After betting $105 on 105 regular spins, I’d won back an impressive $181.90 – giving a real RTP of 173.24%.
After betting $131.25 on 105 boosted spins, I’d lost money, only clawing back $118.20 – equating to a real RTP of just 90.06%.
And as for the free spins I bought for a hundred bucks? Well, I actually made a decent profit, winning back $160.40 – making a real RTP of 160.40%.
Just goes to show, sometimes it’s best to keep things simple and ignore the optional extras!

Like all the best crypto gambling platforms, Wolfbet also boasts a fully loaded sportsbook. It offers standard and live in-play betting on traditional sports like football, rugby, MMA, cricket, boxing, tennis, and many more.
Esports betting is also available on disciplines including Call of Duty, Counter-Strike, Dota 2, eCricket, King of Glory, League of Legends, and others.
-
Current bonuses and real value
-
Rewards, rakeback, and VIP perks
Compared to most crypto casinos, Wolfbet keeps things very simple when it comes to promotional offers. In fact, at the time of writing this Wolfbet casino review, there were just 3 universal offers available to all players:
Weekend Reload – A 30% bonus up to €300 + free spins
Wednesday Mystery Bonus – Deposit midweek to unlock a mystery treasure chest
Network Promotions – Tsars.com participates in network promos like the €15,000 Midsummer Tournament from Pragmatic Play
Unfortunately, all promotions at Tsars casino suffer from the same lack of transparency as the welcome package.

At the time of writing this Tsars casino review, there did not appear to be a dedicated loyalty program or VIP club – extremely unusual for a contemporary crypto casino.

Gameplay and usability on mobile
In common with most crypto casinos, Tsars offers 24/7 player support via live chat. You can also get in touch with the support desk via email at support [at] tsars [dot] com.
Unfortunately, there’s no FAQ section or other resources, and no other ways to connect with Tsars – the casino doesn’t seem to have any social media presence at all.
In terms of aesthetics, Tsars is quite unusual – instead of the typical black and dark greys, it’s gone with a white, blue/purple colour scheme, giving a refreshingly airy and uncluttered feel. There are some nice background animations, and, overall, the platform feels pleasant and relaxed.
However, as previously mentioned, while signing up and depositing is easy, finding things like detailed bonus terms can be difficult, and browsing games is cumbersome due to a lack of granular categories and filters.
As expected from a relatively obscure crypto casino, Tsars.c also falls down when it comes to responsible gambling. Sure, the platform has the usual spiel about setting limits and does provide links to help organizations like Gambling Therapy, Responsible Gambling, and the Malta Gaming Authority (huh?!), and you can easily self-exclude. But there are no easy-to-use tools to set deposit, loss, or time limits – and those are what really matter.

In addition to English, Tsars crypto casino is also available in the following international languages:
Languages
At the time of creating this Tsars casino review, there was no dedicated mobile app available for either Android or iOS devices. However, the web-based platform has been optimized to run smoothly on mobile browsers, so you can still play on your smartphone.
Righty, so that’s what Tsar.com crypto casino offers, but what are people saying about it online? Well, as always, it’s incredibly difficult to get a clear picture due to all the fake reviews and trashy affiliate marketing content. But, out of interest, here are some ratings from popular casino review platforms:
| Platform | Overall Rating | Notes |
|---|---|---|
![]() | 4.4 Excellent | (based on 728 reviews) |
![]() | Overall: 9.0/10 | Safety Index: Very High User Feedback: Great |

As you can see, at first glance, Tsars casino appears to have an excellent reputation. However, keep in mind that, unlike CoinBets, both Casino Guru and AskGamblers are casino affiliates, with a vested financial interest in promoting the casino. As for the Trustpilot score, well, we’ve written an entire article showing just how easy it is for casinos to launder their reputation using increasingly sophisticated fake review campaigns.
Basically, take all these ratings with a pinch of salt.

Tsars
Tsars offers clean design and decent games, but weak features, vague terms, and KYC fund seizures make it risky.
Verdict
Okay, so taking everything into account, what do I think about Tsars crypto casino?
Well, on the one hand, it’s clean, uncluttered, and seems to work fine. After spending a day playing games, I only had a couple of minor crashes. Signing up is easy, and the most popular cryptos are supported. The range of games is also decent, though more categories and filters would improve things.
On the downside, Tsars casino doesn’t have many features. There’s no sportsbook, little in the way of promos and tournaments, no original in-house games, no VIP or loyalty scheme, and the entire platform feels, well, a little too basic. However, the most concerning thing here is a dreadful lack of transparency. Detailed terms and conditions are nowhere near accessible enough – and if you do trawl through the main terms you’ll find a raft of geographical restrictions – some outright bans, and many for specific game providers.
Tellingly, many of the negative reviews on Trustpilot seem to reference Tsars closing accounts and seizing funds after players submit KYC documents. Could this be another classic case of the VPN/prohibited jurisdictions trap – i.e., deliberately letting players join and deposit from anywhere, then hitting them with KYC when they attempt to withdraw? The fact that I was able to access the casino from Malta without using a VPN, and there was no geoblocking, makes me strongly suspect this is the case.
So, all things considered, while Tsars crypto casino could be worth a try if you’re looking for a no-frills, casual place to play slots, I’d urge caution. Don’t join if you’re from a prohibited jurisdiction, and make smaller frequent withdrawals until you are comfortable trusting them.
But that’s just what I think. How about you? Have you played at Tsars? If so, why not write a CoinBets review and share your thoughts with the player community?
Thanks for reading, and until next time, stay safe and have fun!
